Wizards should ban those accounts that use third-party tool
Especially that tool can let you redeem cards that are not redeemable with wildcards, for example full art lands, and even the 3 planeswalker (Ral, Teferi and Vraska alternate art) cards rewarded to Close Beta players.
At least you should ban those who were resgistered after Open Beta but own the 3 planeswalker cards.
