Same, tried flushing DNS, different PC and VPN- client, nothing helps. Alos found 5yo info on reddit, this is an old problem. seems to fix itself over time, but can tak days to weeks...

I created a new account and everything works, but with the original it's impossible to play

Having the exact issue described above. Unable to play the game or access my account in any way.

I am having the exact same issue with my account on Windows and Android. I've tried on multiple internet connections and gone through a long conversation with support with no resolution. As of this post, it's been 5 days since I could access my account at all.
