Hello MTG Arena Support,

I am writing to request a refund for a recent Powered Cube Draft event I entered using Gems.

During Pack 3, Pick 1, the client experienced a bug where it locked onto a specific card on its own. It completely prevented me from clicking or selecting the card I actually wanted (Mox Emerald). This exact same issue persisted into Pack 3, Pick 2.

I was forced to restart the game client to resolve the issue. While the restart did eventually fix the bug, I missed several picks while the game was loading, which severely impacted my draft pool and ruined the event experience.

Because a client bug prevented me from making my picks, I am requesting a full refund of the Gems I paid for the event entry.
