Even when the game isn't broken, or doing things it shouldn't. You're getting screwed on the way the game gives you cards. I've played since Ice Age, and I've never been so mana screwed/flooded in my life. Any time I add a copy of anything, I'll immediately get all four copies, for the next game or two. Game after game after game, all four copies of the one spell you don't need for the matchup. It's not mathematically possible, nor does it ever happen in real life like it does here. What an aggravating piece of trash this game is. Don't even get me started on the customer service. I've made so many tickets I can't keep them straight, and the only thing that is consistent is the obvious fact the customer service reps didn't even take the 30 seconds to read the ticket before spewing random bs nobody asked about. This game is ruining the experience for soo many people. Causing them to go elsewhere, like myself. After spending over 500$, I can't even play a game without some mishap or getting so obviously and thoroughly screwed. 3000 games and tournaments I've played here, so I know what I'm talking about. I can't remember one that went acceptably. Read further. I'm not alone, but most don't bother posting.

I so badly wanted to love this game, but the game is broken.

Save your money, go buy actual cards. Whatever you do, don't bother playing this pos game.
