Steps to reproduce the bug
1. Open the MTG Arena application on iOS.
2. The game loads past the initial scene assets but automatically bypasses the main menu lobby.
3. The client immediately enters a frozen "Waiting for Opponent" / match loading screen.
4. The queue remains stuck indefinitely, preventing access to any other part of the game client.

The account profile is completely locked in a server-side "ghost match" loop. The matchmaking queue runs infinitely, and forcing the app to close or restarting the device does not break the loop.

The game should safely timeout any broken or disconnected match connections and return the player to the main menu lobby.

(You can take a quick screenshot of your frozen "Waiting for Opponent" loading screen on your phone and attach it to the ticket as long as it is under 50 MB!)
6. Workarounds found
Attempted to completely uninstall and reinstall the application, switched connection environments from Wi-Fi to mobile data, and attempted to use a VPN to force a server routing reset. None of these local client-side workarounds broke the server lock.
