As Foretold allowing too many spells to be cast for free
Opponent has "As Foretold" on the battlefield with 3 counters on it, meaning they can cast a 3 mana or less spell "ONCE" each turn.
The opponent played Teferi, Time Raveler, without spending any mana (3CMC). Teferi was not activated. They then cast "Ghostly Prison" also without tapping any mana. That is two free 3 mana spells in a turn without using any mana.
This goes against "As Foretold" wording and intent.
I've attached the screenshot showing the casting, and the log file.
Don't often play against As Foretold so not sure if this is normal or not.
