Subject: Account stuck in infinite matchmaking loop

I'm playing MTG Arena on macOS through Epic Games Launcher.

On November 5, 2026, I entered the Standard Ranked Best-of-One queue. After more than six minutes without finding an opponent, I closed the application.

Since then, every time I launch Arena, it automatically takes me back to the matchmaking/loading screen without displaying the main menu. The loading-screen text also appears in Phyrexian.

I've restarted my computer and confirmed that Epic Games Launcher shows no pending updates.

Other players are reporting similar issues. It appears my account may be stuck in a matchmaking session that isn't being cleared.

Could you investigate and reset the stuck session if necessary?
