To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback

Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.



Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)

If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.

If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Example: Shivan Dragon doesn’t work

Choose the Category that describes your problem.

Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.

  1. Summarize the problem
  2. List the steps you took that led to the problem
  3. What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
  4. What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps

Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.

  1. Open the life tracker and start a game
  2. Try to remove or add life to my life total
  3. Actual: my life total didn’t change
  4. Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

1.  What type of device you’re using
2. What version of your operating system you’re using
3. A screenshot of the issue (Note: it must be smaller than 50 mb in size)
4. Whether re-starting the application and attempting the steps again solved the problem

  1. Wrong event listed

    I have entered my events in to the companion app but the wrong event is showing up for one of them. It is the 1st event shown. Should be a 4:30pm event according to my order but shows a 6pm time for something different.

  2. I dont need “pre-order” notifications.

    If you are gonna use companion to push advertisement notifications i’ll delete the **** thing when its not needed.
    I buy singles. Push price updates from TCG player. Not your illegal loot box mechanics.

  3. The event I am participating in is not displayed.

    The event I am participating in is not displayed on the Companion.
    The application version is up to date and reloading does not fix it.
    When I put the event code in, it's fine, but when I switch from one match to another to manage my life in the application, for example, I can't get back to the information about the match.

  4. My event disappeared from the app

    My event wasn’t completed and it disappeared on me, causing a lot of problems

  5. Added to events multiple times that I am not attending

    I have spoken with the venue and they have no record of me paying for or attending these events. Twice in the last month, I was added to an event then got an ‘event ended’ message shortly after. I have also checked with the venue and they have not accidentally submitted the wrong player or anything similar

  7. Typo in Fake Your Own Death ruling

    I believe there to be a typo in the second ruling for Fake Your Own Death.

    At present it reads "...but they will creature a Treasure token"

    I believe it should read "... but they will CREATE a Treasure token"

  8. Gatherer Card Database has reduced capability after the new layout.

    Please restore the same functionality and capability to the Gatherer website's card database that it had prior to the facelift update. You can no longer exclude rules text and card typing and search for variables with the syntax "or" among other functionalities. I can no longer search for the cards I am looking for efficiently and accurately with these new layouts and I struggle to understand how we lost all this functionality with a new layout.

  9. Not happy with FF update

    Not happy with the FF reskin of the companion. Use Magic IP in magic IP. Bad enough you put universes beyond in main formats do not subject me to them in what should be a magic IP. Use it to promote your own ideas not Square Enix

  10. Card database cannot load

    After a couple pages, it just can't load more cards. Itd been a problem for a while and the recent update did not solve it

  11. Damage button field too large

    The field for button to track commander is too big and extends down too far, causing it to overlap with the space you would expect to be able to click to click to minus life. Instead it causes you to accidentally hit the commander damage button repeatedly and annoyingly by accident every time you try to hit the minus life button.

  14. Alerts don't link

    I receive alerts, but then can't find them.
    The latest alert was for last chance to buy Mystery Booster 2/x in a box, but when I click on the alert, it takes me to the Companion ap, and its sign up for an event page.
    I can't upload a file to show what I'm talking about because once you click on an slert, it disappears.

  16. Card database inaccessible jn companion app

    Hello
    There is a mistake - a bug - in my companion app
    I’m using an iPhone 15 pro Max. With the latest updates installed. The same goes for my companion app, it’s always up to date.
    As you can see in the screenshot, for quite some time now I’ve been unable to access the cards database
    It’s impossible to scroll to the side of …
    I hope we can get this fixed.
