To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Advanced Search -> Set selection: The set dropdown does not include new sets
The set selection dropdown in the advanced search does not include new sets, such as March of the Machines or Lord of the Rings.

Forgotten name
Hello,
Please set a local storage for player name as the application asks for it every second event and its getting annoying as without it you cant confirm results or see standings.
Also the application used more then 2gb of data in the last 30 days and I have no clue how so please add an option to limit data usage.

Lifetracker
This new life tracker format may be idea for tablets/ipads but my group exclusively uses our mobile devices. The font and layout is too small. The companion life tracker is the only lifetracking app I want to use because it tracks commander damage easily. Thanks

This card is showing up as legal in Modern. It is banned in modern.

adanced search view jumping
Bug. When I go to the advanced tab of the card search screen, when I scroll down below the initial View of that page and try to select something, such as one of the values on the power or toughness sliders, The View immediately jumps back up to the top. It makes it very difficult (or impossible) to use any of the features below the top most features of the advanced search screen. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S10 running Android version 12. Unfortunately this is not a bug that happens every time so it may be a bit difficult…

というより過去に投降してる上に他者からも意見が出ているのにそんなにかたくなに実装しないのは無能なのを隠したいの？それとも課金者勝たせるアルゴリズムがバレルから出せないの？

Need to include all translations available, international players struggle with card results and card search in English only.

Indestructible not recognized
The app doesn’t recognize “indestructible” as rules text.

Error after entering name
When prompted to enter a name, app results in constant loading.

Lost top 8 RCQ qualification because of app malfunction
Round 4/5 of an RCQ, I win 2 0, I register the result (I know for sure, 2 0 VICTORY). I then play round 5, win 2 0. When the top 8 is anounced, I'm out. We check the results round by round, and round 4 had been registered as if I lost 0 2. The judge couldn't adjust the result because once a round is past, the app doesn't let you change that.
As a side comment, the app was working horribly today. Constantly being logged off, asking me to log in again, to add my full name once…1 vote -
Survey string buttons are not localized
The buttons are missing the localization. I hit dismiss unfortunately.

How do you not have match history yet? Like that feels like it should be a better minimum feature to make sure it was properly recorded
In case somebody accidentally types in the wrong results last minute, it would be great if you can go back to that time, report the correct results to the store or judges. Or you can bring it up as a helpful game history log to know your matchups and how well you did. Make an optional even if you feel like it makes for bad feels. But at the very least make it available

rules text
i have been encountering a lot of issues with the app not finding cards using the rules text. and example would be when i try to look up a card with reconfigure. the app says no results found

Life Tracker doesn't keep my device awake
With the updated life tracker, the app doesn't keep the display awake. Also, the numbers for players life are too small.

Cant log into companion app - email reset broken
Account details input are definitely correct, as I'm able to log into Arena and the Wzards site. But the app does not recognise them.
Additionally the password reset function is throwing an error (see screenshot)4 votes -

Companion App locked to wrong region
I currently live in the Netherlands. I downloaded the Companion app for participating in an event here, but the app will only show locations in the USA. I tried turning my location on and searching any possible Dutch location to no avail. There is no clear region setting in the app or for my Wizards account. The only thing I could think to do was change the location of my Epic Games account since I have Arena through that, but it did not help. The event is tomorrow night, please help.

Share Event option in Locator (Companion App)
I believed there’s a missed opportunity by not including a share feature as in option for Locator in the Companion App. As a business opportunity it allows users to quickly share events which would add create more opportunities for LGSs, more exposure to app/website as share links would link back to app download or magic store locator website, provide more value added to end user. Thought I’d bring it up FYI in case it’s something you’d consider implanting in the future. Thank you!
