To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

balance the game please. why are the new outlaw pack so broken? why is there a card that takes half your life and destroys half your creatures in 1 card for 6 mana? it should cost 8 mana and not have both on 1 card. balance the game and all card or I'm quitting and sewing. its pay to play your cards are broken and you have invalided my past purchases with this outlaw packs. it is so broken i can't even use 90% of my decks and all my past purchases. spend 300$ on this game or balance it…

Stop sending marketing notifications
What if the companion did not send spammy notifications when you have the setting turned off?
What if the setting itself had any indicator as to whether or was enabled or not?
I use the app to find my assigned table for Monday night weeklies I do not need or want extraneous notifications at 3pm on a Thursday.

Tribal change for two cards
Gnarlid Colony and Gnadlid Pack both have designs of a bear with horns and the classic Bear statline of 2/2. I think you should add Bear to their Subtype tags

App keeps crashing, privacy policy won't go away
The app CONSTANTLY crashes....when I re-open it, I am logged out of my tournament and the privacy policy thing keeps appearing. I have already read it, so FIX THE APP and stop pestering for the unacknowledgable policy.

Ability costs are doubled in card descriptions
The ability costs are shown twice in the oracle text of the cards

As a user I want to click the join button without having to aim for a 5 pixel strip above my keyboard

Card Database Wrong
The cards released in the newest set of Infinity only has a couple cards that are legal in commander vintage and legacy. Other cards in the same set are not legal anywhere, like Nearby Planet shouldn’t be legal anywhere but the database here says it’s legal in commander, vintage and legacy which is incorrect.

Cheated out of a mox opal
3 rounds of an Chaos Draft for fnm, prize being a secret lair package with a Mox Opal in it. Go 2-0 all 3 rounds. Final round paired players with a 1-1 and 2-0 record (not me) and paired me (2-0 at the time) with a 1-1 record. Guy with a 1-1 record beats 2-0 record finalizing a record with 2-1 (5-1 if you’re counting Indv. games). I win my round and go 3-0 (6-0) but still got second and lost my well deserved win at a Mox opal just bc the “underdog” pairing system. Not to mention the guy…

Stop sending push notifs after I turn off push notifications
I use your app because i have to. I do not consent to being notified at any time other than when I explicitly am in a tournament that requires its use. There’s a setting to disable “general marketing” notifications but it is not being respected.

No event details
When registering for an event there was no confirmation of which event had been registered for, when, where, cost, game type... nada. Just, "see event staff". This app should have access to all of the information put in by the event creator and share it so you know whether you've signed up for the event you wanted.

Hi, Please clarify color identity and monetary value. Perhaps create card comparison, decklist, profile.

Private event issue
I am not able to complete any host activities for a private event that I created. Because of this I have no way of deleting the event.

Commander damage tracker doesn't indicate players correctly
(Android, latest version, Life Tracker, Commander, 4 Player): The player indicator pictograms should indicate the correct opponents for Commander damage. In some cases there duplocate icons for a player, or even indicating the player itself but not an opponent.

Cant log into companion app - email reset broken
Account details input are definitely correct, as I'm able to log into Arena and the Wzards site. But the app does not recognise them.

Zombie Master wrong Oracle Text on Companion App
Zombie Master has the wrong Oracle text in the Companion App: Says (B)(B) to regenerate a Zombie instead of (B).

Kartentext Sprache
Die Companion mtg App ist sehr übersichtlich aber die Inhalte der Kartentexte sind nicht angepasst zur App Sprache.
Bei mir ist die App auf deutsch aber die Kartentexte sind auf Englisch.
Es wäre angenehmer wenn die Kartentexte auch übersetzt werden würden.1 vote -
