To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down

Customer reviews do not function.
Players have recieved no options to leave a customer review rating. The companion app gives no options. No notifications of any kind or options to leave reviews. Please allow for general ratings rather than based off of just events. Stores should be rated on player opinion in general not just if they liked the draft event they did last night. Store metrics shouldnt be enforced on systems in place that have zero working functionality. If youre reading this please mark this as critical because this is not a localized issue. Advanced card search still not working
Advanced card seqrching still not working. Type card, subrtyoe card is ignored. Example. I put type card artifact and it shows enchantments, creatures, etc.

Search is no longer usable
New search is no longer usable
You can no longer do an include and exclude color search at the same time.
You can no longer enter multiple keyword searches that are treated as contains searches. Now it is only doing exact phrase searches
You can no longer swipe left and right from search results to see the next card in the search
The changes that were made have made the search unusable

Store location fillter by date doesn't work
Ever since the most recent update when searching for event and adding the filter option of selecting dates the app shows incorrect dates . For example I put the search for specific events on the 27th of August but it showed as If I had put the 26th , or if I selected he 20th to 23rd it would do 19th to 22nd. In the picture I set it to September 2nd to the 3rd and it showed me 1st to the 2nd.

I cannot modify my last and first name in my profile
Hello, I am unable to save my first and last name in the companion app; it shows the message: "An error occurred, please try again later." Feature Request: Direct Event Pre-Registration & Customizable Store Contact Channels in Magic Companion
Dear Wizards of the Coast Companion Development Team,
I am writing to share feedback and request two quality-of-life features that would significantly improve the Magic Companion app for international players and local game stores alike.
The Problem
As someone who travels internationally, finding and playing Magic in local game stores often turns into an exercise in frustration. Currently, the Event Locator lists events, but there is no reliable way to confirm whether an event is actually firing or at capacity without visiting the physical store. Regional Currency Display
The currency for WPN-integrated events seems to default to dollars on the Companion front page. The currency of this event is accurately listed as 249 SEK when you click on the event page, but $249 on the front page, which would be 2490 SEK.

Bug: Account won't stay logged in.
Between every round of a tournament my account will log out of the Companion app and sometimes during the event, so when trying to report wins and loses it will not log the results to the event organizer.

Store name
When signing up for an event from a store, can we have the store name on the item under Active Events? When registering for multiple events in advance, it’d be nice to know which event is from which store. Thanks!

Event dates incorrect
All of the events are listed as March 15th and when you click on them they are listed as Jan 1st.

Widescreen Bug STILL EXISTING AFTER 3 YEARS
The bug where Arena drops out of Fullscreen resolution for widescreen monitors every time you click on anything in the game is back with this latest update.
It sucks, and this time a registry edit doesn't fix it. Y'all need to either fix this stupid stupid bug or stop doing updates that undo our homemade fixes of this stupid problem. Seriously, fixing this will take one person one afternoon to make it not be a problem ever again. I'd do it for you, but you can't afford my rates

Compaion App Search Functionality is Broken
Companion search engine is broken.
You can no longer search for keywords in cards, but must search EXACT game text. (I.e. If you search the Rules Text for "create saproling" the database will say no cards exist. See attachment. We all know this to be untrue.)
Search is now case sensitive, which makes searching nigh impossible. (I.e. if you put into rules text "search your library" you'll get a different result than "Search your library".)
Cannot use rules text to search for multiple card abilities without knowing the exact game text on card. (I.e. before if you searched "when enters"…

Survey
Users should be able to view past events and voluntarily submit a feedback survey for the store instead of waiting to be selected randomly.

Event locator filters don’t apply to the map
The map shows every store, including stores with no events that match the applied filters.
When I apply filters, I want the map to hide all stores with no events that match my filters. In other words, the map should only show stores that have events that match my filters.
This would let me filter for Commander events happening today and then quickly scroll around the map to see if any of those events are nearby.
The screenshots show three stores appearing on the map, even though none of them have events that match the October 22 filter.

Extra
An extra companion that neither player has equipped appears on the field.
My opponent would cast a spell, and then a large 'Silverquil Tome' Companion would appear on the field and stick around until a new interaction was performed.
