To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.
Example: Shivan Dragon doesn’t work
Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Gatherer text issue for Abuelo, Ancestral Echo
It appears that the Rulings for Abuelo Ancestral Echo contain rulings that are for Abuelo’s Awakening.
Due to both cards having a flicker effect it is not obvious that it is a mistake.The mistake can be confirmed from the source of the rulings: https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/feature/the-lost-caverns-of-ixalan-release-notes

Having to discard off the hop for no reason, dispite having cards I could play
As soon as the match started, all I could do was discard for no reason. I had lands I could play. Not sure if this is a glitch or not.

Disintegrate
Disintegrate text was not updated to « any target ». But it is on the gatherer web site. You should use the same source of data

Game crashes for multiple reasons
It crashes when clicking on the "packs" tab, when clicking on the "premium draft" tab and also when putting the cursor above the daily missions. I've tried to uninstall-reinstall the game via steam and also through the mtga website. I've also performed a clean boot but nothing has worked so far.

Push Notifications Not Working
Push notifications of tournament joining, seating, rounds starting, and event ending are not sent to my phone.
This happened after an update and no longer works even when my notifications are enabled. I have tried clearing the app cache files but still doesn't work. Uninstalling and reinstalling also did not work.

Commander bans:
Commander and CEDH should be separate formats with separate ban list. Commander is supposed to be an eternal format where you have access to any card across magics history. Banning cards from a format with a rule 0 implementation is pointless as every game starts with a talk about what is and isn’t ok. If people don’t want fast mana (mana crypt and jeweled lotus) then it gets covered in that. Now CEDH is something to balance as it is a competitive format I need of cards being banned. Your app is dogwater
Your app is terrible. Me and my friend joined a team event. The to cannot add is too the event because your ****** software errors out

Companion app cannot start tournament
The workers at game shop cannot start the tournament for the Duskmourn prerelease because the companion app isn't working and letting them start even though the players have all logged in through the event code. We're all just stuck on the rotating loading screen

Spectator option
Add an option for spectators during events for those of us who are not participating but would like to keep an eye on our friend’s progress.

Double sided cards aren’t working in app but work online
Online website begs me to use the companion app and can bug out if I scroll too quickly and have to leave and renter. I downloaded the companion app wanting to look at the Kaldheim cards but I can’t see the backsides but it works on the online version

Dr. Who creature types not searcable
When searching by creature type in companion you can't search for any creature type that is exclusively in the Dr. Who universes beyond. For example Doctor, Time Lord, Dalek. These would be help to people building such decks

Ruining the game
Ruining the game with cards that kill mana, that reveal your hand and steal your cards and take control of your cards. I enjoy playing not being a spectator and or ***** to another opponent.

Companion app standard legal
The companion app displays Jace, the Mind Sculptor, Liliana, of the Dark Realms, Nissa, Who Shakes the World, and Chatterfang, Squirrel General as legal in standard, but they should not be. These are each raised foils in the BLC set.

Mycosynth golem mana value incorrect in Oracle text
Was looking at mycosynth golem on gatherer and noticed that the mana value in the oracle text is 2 when I can look up and see that its mana value is 11

Chatterfang, squirrel general Bloomburrow art shows Fell instead
I went to look up Bloomburrow commanders in the Companion app and saw Chatterfang, Squirrel General. When I click on the Bloomburrow version of the art, Fell shows instead of Chatterfang, Squirrel General.
No matter how many times I search or change the art, Fell always shows on the Bloomburrow version.

Instructions or in-app help
I looked at the companion match tracker, specifically Commander. I was confused by the tax feature, the damage feature, and the counters. Also, there was only one page where I saw a reset or clear all. And the mana counter seemed simple, but why?
It would be a benefit to have actual help button on each page. If not that, then a user manual that people could read so they know how each feature works, or at least what it means.

Include CR, MTR, and IPG in Companion
Please include the the Comprehensive Rules, Magic Tournament Rules, and Infraction Procedure Guide in the Companion app.
It would be useful for casual judges, and would mean less time spent frantically Googling and more time spent helping players.
If including hundreds of pages of text in the app is untenable, at the very least, there could be a "Links for Judges" page with links to where these documents are hosted online.
"Documents for Judges" or "Links to Judges" documents could be placed in the hamburger menu, added to the list where "Settings" and "Feedback" are right now.

Language is not changeable in the app
We absolutely must be able to change the app’s language. There are reasons people set their device language other than their native language. My phone is set to German to assist my learning German. When I’m playing Magic I am not engaged in a languagelearning exercise; I am engaged in playing Magic.
I understand why the developers may have thought it was a good idea to use the system language, but as a developer myself I must say this decision does not pass any further level of thought about the user journey. Use the system language to set a default,…

Sideboard Companion Bug
When sideboarding in cards that don't meet a companion's conditions (a double pip blue or red spell with Jegantha for instance), you have to manually remove your companion from the companion slot. Otherwise the screen will refresh and you will be locked out of sideboarding for the rest of the match.
Previous to Bloomburrow, a warning message would display when SBing in cards that didn't meet a companion's conditions, but would allow you to proceed with the companion automatically getting moved to the sideboard.

Prismatic omen
¿Cuándo van a actualizar las reglas de prismatic omen? , no está incluyendo los wates y también son tierra básica, ahora tengo duda también, de si las tierras nevadas deben ser tomadas como tierras basicas por separado de las que no son nevadas.
