To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.
Example: Shivan Dragon doesn’t work
Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Please improve the event matching randomization. I have played the same players on numerous occasions while never playing others.

Saved events shouldn't list past events
I used Saved Events to tell the store that I plan to attend, and to organize and prepare my own schedule. I don't understand why on my profile under Saved Events it's listing the oldest event in the far past first… The Saved Events is only useful for future events. I didn't want to manually unsave past events if it'll hurt their metrics on attendance. So it only makes sense that Saved Events that have passed should simply not be shown to me in my profile.

Long tap to +/-10
Other life counter apps let us hold tap to add or subtract ten from our life totals. It makes big combat effects much easier to input, saving time in Commander matches.

Unable to see past events
We should be able to see our play history. Opponents; as well as where and when we played, we could keep track of these ourselves and have found ways to, but should not need to, that is what this app is for.

Companion app decklist
The app should have the ability to upload Reckless for sanctioned events that require them. Makes it easy for everyone.

I cannot modify my last and first name in my profile
Hello, I am unable to save my first and last name in the companion app; it shows the message: "An error occurred, please try again later." I have tried several times since yesterday and nothing works; I get the same error when trying to make the change via the website. Could you please help me? Best regards, Adrien

Error on Update Wizard Account Name
When trying to update name that appears to other users, the app produces an error "sorry we are currently experiencing issues, please try again later".
This also occurs on the wizards website.
Companion app -> Update Profile -> edit name -> change first name -> submit

Companion/Lurrus not available in Brawl
I've been using my Amalia Benavides Brawl deck with Lurrus of the Dream Den as a companion for quite some time. Starting yesterday, Lurrus is no longer showing up in gameplay. I have tried both regular Brawl and Competitive Brawl and have not seen Lurrus once. I know Lurrus is still in my deck, in my companion slot, so I'm not sure what's going on, but it's removing a critical tool from my deck.

Events on home screen are shown in wrong time zone
The new events on home screen feature is currently showing events in the wrong time zone. The time is correct once you click into the event though.
For example, an event scheduled at 10AM CST (my local time) shows as 3 PM on the home screen.

Standings from Past Event
Hello,
In the new Player Profile / Event History I can already see my own records (e.g. 1-3-0). It would be really helpful if we could also view the full final standings of each event there, including:
Who placed 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc.
Points of all participants
Tiebreakers if available
Currently, detailed standings are only visible while the event is ongoing. Once the event is finished, this information is lost. Saving the complete standings in the event history would be a great addition.

Regional Currency Display
The currency for WPN-integrated events seems to default to dollars on the Companion front page. The currency of this event is accurately listed as 249 SEK when you click on the event page, but $249 on the front page, which would be 2490 SEK.

Companion feedback
I want to see if the Companion can show me the number of people who have participated in an event such as FNM I know it can show me all the events I have participated in, but I am looking to see if I can see let’s say my LGS had four people yesterday.

Wayta incorrect ruling
The ruling to Wayta reads:

Wayta, Trainer Prodigy's last ability affects only triggered abilities whose trigger conditions refer specifically to damage being dealt, such as the ability granted by Mephidross Vampire or the last ability of Wrathful Raptors. "Mephidross vampire does not have a triggered ability that triggers of damage being dealt.
It has "Each creature you control is a Vampire in addition to its other creature types and has "Whenever this creature deals damage to a creature, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature.""
This triggers of dealing damage, not receiving damage.
