To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.
Example: Shivan Dragon doesn’t work
Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Companion Feature Package (Tournaments)
I have an expensive idea. Here goes.
Track tournament stats through Companion.
This starts with a possible purchase of ManaBox (wait!). They have synchronized deck databases in Beta. If we selected a deck before tournament, companion could accurately track the win rate, and display it. It would be worth considering up to 3 previous edits, something that would need to be added.
Anyway, very expensive. It would provide a Meta deck stream is one benefit for the longevity of the game.

New commander format
3 to 5 headed “Hydra Team Commander.”
Only precon commander decks
Each side draws and plans their turns simultaneously coordinating everything. All the standard turn sequences take place.
20 life per head (person)
Middle (head) 30 life
Outside heads can revive one time with 10 life
Returning head must exile all graveyard and nonland permanants and hand then draw 7 new cards
Middle head cannot regrow
Players can only attack directly in front of their plane
Players must transfer creatures in order to attack a different head for combat. Cannot attack after a transfer

Companion Locator tab completely blank
Locator tab no longer functions. There are no events shown, no locations listed. Both in map and list view it is blank. It has been blank for several updates, at least since dragons of tarkir

News article
Clicking on the News article don't get you there but instead to Spiderman.
I wanted to read the how to make Magic article but instead companion leads me to spiderman which i have zero interest in. I experienced this issue for a Long Time and haven't seen a fix already so i wanted to Report it1 vote -

"Companion App Secret Lair inaccuracies"
The list of Secret Lairs in the app should not include sold-out products, like the Spider-Man basic lands. Misleading, especially to newer players.

I have not received the Fleem Cosmetics, but I have purchased and opened 10 Omenpath packs within the deadline.

Companion App - Locator sort & filters missing formats
Not all the formats are displayed when I filter my search. I know this an app issue because I compared mine to my friends companion app, and his displays all the available formats. It's not an issue of "not all formats are supported by the app" either since it's not showing standard.
And just to be clear, it's only SOME formats not being displayed on the app for filtering my search.

Arena packs never received

Basic lands
Going forward, could you print only the full art basic lands. I would think it would save money on art for not having additional basic lands.

You took away the “plus” button on the Companion Advanced Search bar
Without this functionality it is impossible to search for two conditions at once. Also searching for “flying vigilance” returns (some) creatures with flying and vigilance because that is the order the words appear on cards, but searching for “vigilance flying” returns zero results. This is ridiculous, bring back the old functionality.
