To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.
Example: Shivan Dragon doesn’t work
Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Cant log into companion app - email reset broken
Account details input are definitely correct, as I'm able to log into Arena and the Wzards site. But the app does not recognise them.
Additionally the password reset function is throwing an error (see screenshot)2 votes -
Companion App locked to wrong region
I currently live in the Netherlands. I downloaded the Companion app for participating in an event here, but the app will only show locations in the USA. I tried turning my location on and searching any possible Dutch location to no avail. There is no clear region setting in the app or for my Wizards account. The only thing I could think to do was change the location of my Epic Games account since I have Arena through that, but it did not help. The event is tomorrow night, please help.

Database card adding
Let us be able to add cards we look up in the card data base to i library so we can keep track of cards digitally

App keeps crashing, privacy policy won't go away
The app CONSTANTLY crashes....when I re-open it, I am logged out of my tournament and the privacy policy thing keeps appearing. I have already read it, so FIX THE APP and stop pestering for the unacknowledgable policy.

Reset life totals on life tracker
I switched apps briefly to take a quick picture, and when I returned to the life tracker everything had been reset. I clicked the “continue game” option, but the only thing that had been saved was the fact we were playing a 3 player game and not even the fact we’d been playing commander. Totally useless and I’m pretty upset that our game got ruined because of poor app suspension.

New privacy policy issue
Everytime I go into companion it boots me to view the privacy policy even though I already read it multiple times. I have been forced to go to it 10 times in a single day and is not great when in a tournament

Save Locations
Ability to save locations to easily switch between search areas in the Locator tab.

Specify types of wanted notifications
Add ability to opt out of ads/marketing related notifications at a minimum. As a stretch goal, the ability to specify which types of notifications (rounds starting, pairings, results, marketing for new products or events to name a few) a user would like to receive.

customize event message
As an event host, it would be great to customize the message our players see when they join an event. Currently the message they see is not reassuring to them that they have actually registered and many call to confirm. We would like to craft a message that is specific to our event registration process and ensures the best experience.

Join event from the event locator
It would be great to be able to click on the event you just found in the event locator and join that event.

When choosing Forgot password instead of asking to send the email to the input email, it's a long code property.

How to use page
I used the app for the first time at an event today, and it was not very clear or intuitive how to log scores. Two of my opponents and I all thought we hit submit after each match, rather than after each round, leading to having to talk to the lgs owner multiple times to get our scores fixed. We also had issues getting the score screen to acknowledge our presses to increment the scores.
It would be good to have a simple "how to use this for an event" page that people could read while waiting for the event…

Out of date
It seems like no one is supporting this product. Or the messages are not getting through. The card database is several sets behind so it does not serve a useful function.

No event details
When registering for an event there was no confirmation of which event had been registered for, when, where, cost, game type... nada. Just, "see event staff". This app should have access to all of the information put in by the event creator and share it so you know whether you've signed up for the event you wanted.
