Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Stores not organizing events
2 stores in Ljubljana, Slovenia post draft and sealed events but they never happen. Events are up weekly. One store doesnt even sell MTG cards... My guess is they keep the promo cards and get cheaper deals on orders because they "organize events" but in reality they just resell everything. This is completely non ethical and i would say against your terms and conditions.

Gatherer search no longer works
The recent overhaul of gatherer.wizards.com is terrible. gatherer.wizards.com was the absolute best mtg search engines available with the ability to customize your search with AND and OR operators. You can no longer do these customized searches and even for simpler searches it is virtually unusable. Please put it back to the way it was.

Added to events multiple times that I am not attending
I have spoken with the venue and they have no record of me paying for or attending these events. Twice in the last month, I was added to an event then got an ‘event ended’ message shortly after. I have also checked with the venue and they have not accidentally submitted the wrong player or anything similar

Gatherer Card Database has reduced capability after the new layout.
Please restore the same functionality and capability to the Gatherer website's card database that it had prior to the facelift update. You can no longer exclude rules text and card typing and search for variables with the syntax "or" among other functionalities. I can no longer search for the cards I am looking for efficiently and accurately with these new layouts and I struggle to understand how we lost all this functionality with a new layout.
