Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Filtering search broken since last update
Filtering search totally broken since last update. It shows all cards .

When you look on event you should be able to see details(date, place etc)
When you register for multiple events, you can’t see the details and track which ones you already registered to.

Remove 16 player cap when hosting
I run a Pauper night every 2 weeks at my LGS. I run it through Companion, as the store has too many other events running simultaneously to manage Pauper as well.
We had a record turnout last night, 20 players, and I was upset to learn that the "Host" function in Companion has a hard cap of 16 players. I had to resort to using a third-party Swiss website, which didn't do tiebreakers correctly :(
Please remove the player cap in the "Host an event" menu. Or at least double it to 32.

System time format (12/24 hr)
Please respect OS system time format (12hr AM PM vs. 24hr) for event dates in Companion App.

In Companion/Eventlink, Sealed Events with Top Draft take the Constructed structure
When an event is created, it's natural that the rounds are calculated based on the number of attendees. Everything's fine there. The problem occurs on Limited Tournament with a Top.
Basically, when an event has 9-16 attendees for a Limited format (Most usually a Sealed event with a draft on the top), the MTR suggests that it should have 4 rounds of Sealed and later a cut to the Top 8 with a draft. My event registration history doesn’t include any events that i attended from Sept. 2022-March 2023 or March 2023-May 2025. Really strange but would love to see that data if this is just a bug and will get fixed later!

Bugged events in companion
I have a bugged event in the app which I cant remove.

Companion - Commander - Life Tracker Starts at 0
There is a bug with the Life Tracker for Commander. Even when selecting starting life totals to be 40, the Life Tracker displays “0” for all players.

Cannot log in
I cannot login since the update on either of the 2 iOS device I have. I can get into my wizard account, and arena, but the iOS app seems to delete my password, spin, and then repopulate it. There’s no error, it just cycles back to the login over and over.
I have tried removing and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, reseting my password, and phone cache. Nothing works.

Life total set to 0
After the latest update, the Life Tracker on the Companion App keeps setting all player's life to 0 at the start of the game, regardless of format, even when resetting the current game.

Lifepoint problem
Segnalo un problema sulla funzione segnapunti. Quando viene inizializzata una partita i lifepoint sono a zero. Ho notato che succede quando clicco su nuova partita e non tocco la preselezione dei punti vita. Cambiando la selezione dei punti vita invece il problema si risolve. Forse manca una inizializzazione dei punti vita anche nel caso della preselezione automatica

Identity theft and fraud
After updating the companion app, I found that a store has been continuously using my account to register for competitions. This behavior has lasted for nearly a year, and there have been hundreds of matches.I have been in Sichuan Province since 2025. However, this store is located in Guangdong Province, China, which is completely different and thousands of kilometers away from me. I have never been there at all. Chaotic Good Brewing recently closed and no longer hosts Magic events yet is listed as doing so which may entitle them the pre releases that do not go to the public. Please review their listing to avoid confusion among Magic players.

Player Statistics
It would be nice to be able to lookup aggregate overall player statistics for yourself. The companion app gives percentiles for OMW (Opponent Match Win) and GW (Game Win) for the current event but doesn't keep track of these percentages over time.
It would be great (as a newer player) to see progression stats over time by doing something with this event data instead of discarding it after every event. Maybe add an option under "track" or the "menu" bars in the top right corner of the app to lookup player stats.
