To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.
Example: Shivan Dragon doesn’t work
Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Event dates incorrect
All of the events are listed as March 15th and when you click on them they are listed as Jan 1st.

Locator showing wrong date and label
The locator is not showing the actual date for events, but instead it is showing “03” with the word “label” above and below it instead of the day of the week. For reference, I am reporting this on the sixth of December, meaning it says every event already happened. Attached is a screenshot of the problem.

Companion event date bug
All of the dates for event say “label 03 label” instead of a date.

Bug: Account won't stay logged in.
Between every round of a tournament my account will log out of the Companion app and sometimes during the event, so when trying to report wins and loses it will not log the results to the event organizer.

Bad Spanish translation for DEFEATS
In the companion app, the Spanish version of the result of a match is wrongly translated.

Card Database Function Removed
Card Database was removed, bring it back. There is literally no reason to remove one of the most useful functions of the app, considering it also has rulings from Gatherer.

Companion app keeps kicking me out from the app during the event
During the event the Companion app keeps logging me out or asking me to re-enter my name.

Double sided cards aren’t working in app but work online
Online website begs me to use the companion app and can bug out if I scroll too quickly and have to leave and renter. I downloaded the companion app wanting to look at the Kaldheim cards but I can’t see the backsides but it works on the online version

Error 422 when entering event code
Went to an event tonight, signed in through the companion app, went to join event with code, entered correct code and unable to join, just kept getting “error 422” and nothing happens.
iPhone 13 Pro
iOS 18.3.2Restarting app and phone, signing out/in and reinstalling the app hasn’t helped.

Missing sets/cards
When doing an advanced search, the last 6 months or so worth of sets and commander precons are not showing as selectable search criteria (Modern Horizons 3, Assassin's Creed, Duskmourn, Bloomburrow, Foundations, Marvel/Dr Who Secret Lairs, etc).
You can search up cards from some of those sets if you know the name or part of the name, but if you're trying to browse those sets for cards, you can't. Also, some of the Secret Lair exclusive cards aren't searchable at all.

Locator doesn't allow to search stores/event in different country
Locator of the companion app lets me select stores near me or search ones that are in the country of my account.
But because country of my account is apparently UK, an I live I Poland, only the near me function works.
When I try to find stores in a different city, it only shows me locations of stores/addresses in the UK.1 vote -
Never received packs in Arena from prerelease event
I joined a Tarkir prerelease event but I never received packs in MTGA. I paid for the box, did the event, and I never got my packs in arena. Is there anyway I can get my packs. Can you check my event history and see I joined a prerelease event and give me my digital packs please? I am on android version 15. Stuff like this makes me miss when they just put the redeem code in the box.

No. Existing event
Lately every week they join me an event. Launch one round and erase the event so that I cant see what it is. Its trublesome and Im not joining random events.
