To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

"Get Started" then BACK loses pairings
I was playing with friends and using the companion app, which we find very helpful, so thanks!
One issue we were having was, the host would press the "get started" button too soon, and didn't want to start the timer yet. So he'd hit "back," and we'd lose the pairings altogether. He did this twice! I guess the get-started button is too alluring. Maybe an "are you sure you want to start the timer?" pop up would fix this. Or saving the pairings somehow.

MTG Collection
I would love for this app to add a collection feature where you have a card look up to help me keep track of the cards that I already own and a section for like a wishlist for cards I want or need.

Preferred Pronouns on Pairings
Would be excellent to be able to have the app show your preferred pronouns on listing as a friction free easy method for everyone to have that information

Match data
It would be great to have access to events I’ve previously joined and competed in to see results and standings.

Advance Search Soft Lock
UI won’t let me click advance search because the new screen selector at the bottom covers up the button

Shorter times for turns
Turns are too long, players drag out turns when they know they will loose and the sandclock reward is given much too loosely and wastes time for others. Either really reward fast turns with more time later on or just let it be. No downside for taking forever in each turn is not rewarding for faster players who just loose interest.

Match results reset to 0 while trying to enter them
On iOS if you are tracking life and click back to event to enter your match results and quickly tap the buttons for the match results, it will briefly update to the correct values before resetting to 0-0 forcing you to re-enter the results. If you aren’t playing close attention it’s easy to accidentally enter a 0-0 result.

User Feature Suggestion
It would be great if this app was more social friendly. A friend of mine is in a local RCQ right now. It would be great if I could add him to a friend list and see how he is doing as the day goes.

App Crashes on Match Start
Good morning
Last night we attempted to start our very first event. After having all of the players sign up, I tried to hit the continue button and it just closes the App. I tried this on 3 different devices and same results. Another player tried his personal account and it worked fine so it seems like an account issue
There are no error codes and nothing to actually screenshot. As soon as the start game and see all the names , when you click continue at the bottom it just closes the app

New discovery idea
Can a feature be added where I can “join events near me”? Where the app is aware of events near my location and shows them in “join events” Tab.

Make card database available offline
It would be nice to have the card DB available while offline. While having it a forced download might bloat the app size, it would be nice to have the option to download all the cards for use without wifi.

DMU Doesn't Display if Standard is Checked
I might be missing something but when I use advanced search and filter for standard, none of the cards from Dominatia United are popping up. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I just updated the app so that shouldn’t be the issue. Thanks

Card Database Text out of Date
The card database feature of the Companion app Oracle feature does not work. Rather than displaying the up to date Oracle text of the card, it displays the most recent printed text. As many cards have had errata to update their Oracle text that have not yet had printings with the new text, this makes the feature almost entirely useless. This is made more egregious by the fact that the Gatherer website on mobile advises that Gatherer works better in the Companion app, which is factually untrue.

DMU Cards not Pioneer Legal
It looks like DMU cards don't show up as Standard or Pioneer legal yet. Please update the legality.

Search function, rotation not implemented
Searching in companion app for standard legal cards: rotation seems not implemented. It's finding ZKR, KLD, STR cards, and not DMU ones.
TS: app was up to date (15sep, 1.0.702283); tried different searches, all replicated the issue described

Judge call
To make it so a table could call a judge and players that got title judge frome the tournament organizer would get notified. They would also know what players called them

Cant get out of an event
I have been stuck in 2 "Steve's events" for months now. Went to a few FNM away from my home store and these guys where not versed in the apps use. I can't drop them as they never started. Creators say there is nothing they can do. Please help.

Experiencing Issues
Am unable to join events at stores, I have restarted app, phone, uninstalled and reinstalled, signed out and back in and no fixes.

Some or all rulings appearing multiple times.
For some cards, the rulings will appear multiple times on many cards, sometimes all of them.
