1. Player's Gear

   When entering a public match is it possible that you can add a feature to view people's Gear from the party management tab. So you can see what everyone is wearing, at least this way you can tell what rank to run on dungeon.

2. Gear Reforge and upgrade

   Gear progression farming that same dungeon over and over to get the right piece of legendary with the right stats on it is such a painful process especially for newer players. The RNG layers are worst than anything i've came across. Like really? Resistance modifiers on a weapon? Are you serious? You gotta be an actual braindead to code that like seriously.

   Now here's two suggestions that will increase the potential number of players, while it's still early and you still have a chance to sell this game.

   1. Gear Reforge
      -> A gear upgrade system that allows players to completely randomize the stats on any piece of gear that they acquire with undesirable stats. Of course the stats that will be reforged into new ones are all within the same stat category of an item, meaning if it's possible to get those stats on an item, it should be able to with enough tries. The cost of reforging an item depends on its rarity. The higher the rarity, the more gold it costs to reforge.
      For example, a legendary weapon with the element you don't want can easily be reforged into a same set piece, rarity, and category but with different stats (e.g. element).

   2. Gear Upgrade
      -> Lower ranking Epic and Legendary gear (e.g. 1, 2, 3, 4) should be upgradable to the highest possible rank (5) after reaching the maximum level upgrade. Example, a rank 3 legendary weapon with the perfect stats you been looking for but as a lower ranking weapon it's not great to use for endgame. After upgrading it to level 3, it should be upgradable to the next higher rank (4). And after upgrading it to rank 4 level 3, should be upgradable to rank 5 level 3.

   For later content maybe consider increasing the maximum upgrade levels of gear system to level 5 instead of 3.

3. "CURSED" and "Blind" status effect not working as intended

   PC Steam
   Online/Offline
   Any Character

   Applying "Cursed" Status effect on enemies are supposed to boost the damage taken by affected enemies including bosses by 50% correct?
   Tested it on training dummies, small enemies, elites and boss and damage dealt (numeric values) barely even increased.
   On dummies without status effect i do an attack that deals a critical hit of 9128 damage. After applying curse status effect via necrotic damage weapon, doing the same attack on the dummy did a critical hit of 9259 damage.

   Clearly that's not 50% more damage taken by enemies even if "Cursed" status was applied before the hit. Not to mention that cursed enemies are supposed to take more damage from "all sources" including any skill, attack, damage dealt by every party member on an enemy that is inflicted by Cursed status.

   The damage calculation increase is way too low based on how much it should increase during the duration of "Cursed" status.
   It's supposed to increase way more than its currently doing. A 9000 critical hit damage dealt on an enemy if increased by 50% after applying cursed status should be at least 13500 if you do the math.

   Fix the damage calculation increase values thanks!

   2nd problem is "Blind" status effect. "All attacks will miss" when affected by blind status, i've applied blind status on an elite boss via lightning damage weapon and it's still hitting all of its attacks during the duration of the blind status. Clearly not working correctly.
   All of its attacks should not hit, cause knockdowns or knockback animations on a character nor do any damage to anyone if its blinded.

4. In-game TEXT Chat

   Simple Suggestion

   steam PC

   WE NEED AN IN-GAME TEXT CHAT. NOT EVERYONE HAS A HEADSET/MIC.
   We need to be able to communicate some other way other than voice chat. Especially when playing multiplayer with newer players. A simple in game text-chat like in monster hunter world would be so darn nice.

5. Kernel panic on The order of the one light Act III

   I encountered this issue on PC
   I was playing with friends
   I was playing as Catti-Brie
   kernel panic happened and I don't have a work around, which is why i'm reaching out to you.

   Playing through steam, event logger says that the game is giving my computer a kernel panic error code: 3221225506 with the source of Kernel-EventTracing.

   Computer has a 1060 GTX, and has only crashed with this game post patch on 8/02/21. let me know what other information you need. I'm not sure if there is a memory leak or what.

6. Not able to pick up important dropped items (lever and bomb)

   Me and my team have gotten stuck multiple times because of items that we could not pick up. In Designs of Duergar, after killing a monster a lever gets dropped. We were not able to pick up the lever, even after killing ourselves and taking the short rest. After 4-5 attempts at the mission, we eventually were able to collect it, but did it on the easiest level in order to save time because we were having to redo the mission so much (we were doing missions on level 6).

   The same thing happened to us again regarding a bomb that was dropped by a monster in An Infernal Dispute. Once again, we were not able to pick up the dropped item and were not able to blow up the door to proceed with the mission. We are currently stuck here and have not been able to get passed it yet.

7. Disconnected When Loading up a Mission

   This Connection issue is just when i try to play online. We start a mission and go on the portal to join the game. Than it starts to load. 1 see the intro of the mission for less than a half secound. After that i get a new loading screen and go back to the main menu with the information that the connection failed

8. Aim

   Playing offline alone on the PS4 I got stuck in Aim mode with Wulfgar. No buttons worked except the menu buttons. I couldn't attack. And I couldn't even die.

10. FIX all the LAG in fighting and gameplay. It’s 2021 get it together.

    This game feels like an idiot trying to use a flip book. How can you release a game with the worst lag and fighting. It takes 10 seconds for an action to happen after I press the button or I have to wait 5 seconds between each action. This game could be awesome if you’d get someone who knows what they’re doing. FIX!!!!!!

11. Bugs, lag, failure to load

    Crystal caverns level will not load. Not as a single player or in a coop on either ps4 or account. I have waited on the loading screen for an hour and nothing. I have to close the application completely and no matter how many times I try or how long I wait it simply will not let me play .

    It is also in general very laggy on the levels it will actually let me play especially on coop. I bought this on two separate accounts to be able to coop with my husband and it's just so laggy itisnt even fun anymore because of how frustrating it is and the fact I can't even go to the next level(Crystal caverns) is even more irritating. It won't load at all on either Playstation in coop or single player.

    Is there any way to fix this? We both truly wanted to love this game

12. Ebondeath, Dracolich sleeve not visible

    Just won the Ebondeath, Dracolich sleeve and when i went to look at it in the card display, it just has the regular display. No sleeve. Mastery tree says I have it.

13. Load times

    PS4

    Why are the load times so ridiculous. There is a long long long load time to go to the main menu? Long load time to go back to base camp? Long load time to restart a boss fight with one room and one enemy? What takes so long to load?

14. Cultivate played without required mana

    Player cast cultivate with 2 mana only having a midnight clock on the field and no other cards on battlefield and only a fabled passage in the graveyard

15. No weapons and armor, even the potions were reset... EVERYTHING is gone!!!!

    On the XBOX ONE
    Playing ALONE and COOP
    Playing as DRIZZT

    I play on XBOX ONE and when logging in recently (when choosing Drizzt, until then I was only playing with him...) I simply didn't find anything in my inventory. No weapons and armor, even the potions were reset... EVERYTHING is gone!!!!
    My level (20), and consequently my moves and skills, were intact, but the rest disappeared and apparently the save seemed corrupted to me...
    Could you help me understand what happened and if there is a solution?
    Since this problem, I don't play the game anymore and I feel an absurd sadness, because I invested a lot of time and created a great love for the game. But that brought great sadness and disappointment.
    Please is there any way to recover my save and/or my equipment?

16. “You Have Fallen” with full health

    1. Playing on PS4
    2. Playing multiplayer
    3. Playing as Carrie Brie

    When I use my healing ability and get hit by a boss, I will be dead with full health. I have used my instant resurrect ability to revive a teammate and we will have a total party down even with the teammate running around with full health.

    The heating ability is absolutely useless at this point and this bug needs to be fixed.

17. Captive of the Abyss Helm backwards

    1. I encountered this issue on Xbox Series X.
    2. I was playing as Wulfgar.

    The Captive of the Abyss Helm appears backwards when equipped. There is a metal face on the epic version that is on the back of Wulfgar's head. His eyes are covered with all rarities.

18. Catti-brie respawn abilities change

    After every death her abilities change and can't be used. Other characters abilities show up, but can't use. I have to die again just to get her abilities that were customized.

19. General bugginess

    The whole online experience is bugged. PS4 game crashes constantly. I am using a wired connection and have goood internet.
    I get hit by stuff not even close to you.
    Buggy all around.
    If I kill a baddy while locked on, I can’t move the camera afterwards. I get stuck climbing.
    Controls don’t respond.
    This game is not ready for release and I paid $60.00 for it. The whole thing needs a major overhaul.
    With people unable to get next gen consoles for the foreseeable future, you guys need to make PS4 work.

20. Failed to find session on PS4

    On the PS4 as soon as you hit the play online you either wait a few seconds and get the pop up notification or it takes several minutes, but I can spend sometimes 30 minutes or longer looking for a session before I give up and either play offline solo, or just change games
    You guys really have a good concept and a good game here and a few tweaks that actually work for the gamers who play the game......
    This needs to be fixed, but perhaps the last patch turned off a lot of your players and if you want to truly win them back please fix the problems!
    It should not take more than 30 minutes to find a session and if a player has to potentially turn off your game that's bad business....
