- Open SpellTable and start or join a lobby
- Select the gear icon to configure inputs
- Actual: No input devices are detected under “Camera Source”
- Expected: My camera can be selected for “Camera Source”
Additional Information to Provide
- The brand, model, and/or type of device you’re using (USB webcam, Android/Tablet, iPhone/iPad, etc.)
- The version or your operating system you’re using (i.e.: Windows 10, MacOS Big Sur, Android 11, iOS 14, etc.)
- Your browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.)
- A screenshot of the issue or any error messaging received (Note: it must be smaller than 50 mb in size)
- The last are simple checks for any camera/microphone issues you might encounter:
- Ensured permission has been granted for your Camera and Microphone through your preferred browser: Use your camera & microphone
- Ensured that no other programs are using your Camera or Microphone (you can find information on how to perform this check by searching online)
- Temporarily disabling any Anti-Virus programs that might disable camera and microphone access (even if you’re already granted it)
- Tested your camera is working with Online Mic Test

We need a better way to block people who break lobbies on purpose.
I have only started using SpellTable within the last few months for cEDH but it appears there are some folks who get caught cheating ad then proceed to break lobbies on purpose constantly. There should be a better way to block these folks rather than just the report button hoping they get dealt with since they could just make a new account and continue to break lobbies.

SpellTable Doesn't Have Permission
- Open link to game in Chrome
- In the field where the camera output would be it says "We Don't Permission To Use Your Camera"
- Went ahead anyway, everyones camera field says the same
- Checked if that was the case, it wasn't
- Actual: Went to clear all settings on all browsers, retry, didnt work
- Expected: Allowing the camera permission form the site and show the camera feed when trying to join

Selecting aspect ratio with mobile camera uses incorrect orientation
I'm using a 3rd generation iPhone SE.
When I use my phone as my camera, the website asks me to rotate my device to landscape. I rotate my device to landscape, then choose 16:9 as my desired aspect ratio. When my camera connects, my camera is using 9:16 (portrait) instead of 16:9 (landscape). Then, when I rotate my phone to portrait mode, my camera on Spelltable becomes landscape mode and zooms very far in.
What should happen is when my phone is in landscape mode, my camera output should be in landscape mode. Additionally, Spelltable zooms in the camera output…

spectator mode (spectate mode) no longer works
Spectator mode that used to work previously by adding "/?spectate=true" to the URL of the spelltable is no longer.
Please, reinstate the feature it was very useful.

starting life points
I'm bored to death with today's card's strength, making whichever starts the game is generally winning it, and it sucks. Why not increasing starting life points substantially so we could finally have a little bit of fun?

Product suggestion
New universe's beyond idea
I believe the Supernatural TV series would make an excellent new universe beyond and bring in a lot of new people to MTG, the different decks would consist of; Angels, Demons, Humans, Monsters. An easy split to then make individual command decks for and have Possessed or Bitten commanders to help bridge over the colour schemes of you wished. The four horseman all the demi gods mentioned and so much else that the series offer could make for fantastic new cards and combinations.1 vote -
There was a problem changing the camera, try closing your camera app.
I went to play a game of Commander with my friends like i just did 6 hours ago. In the lobby screen i could see my Cam just like i used to for the past 1.5 years but after clicking join lobby it showed ,,There was a problem changing the camera, try closing your camera app.". It is the first time i had that problem, as I said 6h earlier it worked just fine and all my attempts to fix it failed. Please Help

broken game mechanic
played first standard event today, encountered a broken deck which exploit games mechanics. player keeps doing the same actions to infinity. created infinite knights cause payed no mana for doing this over and over.

All cameras inabled and visable but it takes a long time to load and then the video freezes. my camera works fine but seeing others does not
Other peoples video does not stream. I've tried other browsers, checked packet loss (0 packets lost at 4 1000 packeges sent), increasing memory speed in bios, reduced the number of apps running. I have an AMD ryzen 7 9800x3d, 32gb 6000mhz ram, and radeon rx 7800 xt. Plugged directly into ethernet cable, 1G down, 140mbps up. None of my hardware is running above 7%. It seems like a bitrate or memory issue since the video loads and keeps trying to load but just keeps pausing. If I pull it up on my phone, the video works just fine. I've enabled…

Trample bug
I was playing a quick match round and blocked a creature with trample using 3 blockers which was more than enough toughness to absorb all the damage. The damage was only dealt to 2 creatures and the excess damage killed me making me lose the game

Camera bug
load a game and keep getting We Had Trouble Using Your Device. Internal webcam works, but External webcams and phones won't. Setting are right, tried different browsers. nothing working.

Card Recognition No Longer Working
Out of nowhere the card reader won't read any cards. Gets a brief spinning icon to indicate it thinking, then nothing. Even with very clear video.
I'm on Firefox, the latest version, as far as I know.

Webcam very zoomed in on spelltable, nowhere else .
Camera is zoomed in, i lose like 1/3 or 1/4 of the Picture this occurs only in Spelltable. I use Firefox and Logitech C922.

camera flipping
when using mobile camera as per normal
1. join lobby on pc to get qr code
2. scan qr code on phone (back camera is working to scan/in other apps)
3. attempt to swap camera does not work (ie to change to back camera), can join using the front camera but quality is bad + its the front camera so not really useful.

I keep having this error popping up on my screen. I have reloaded, disabled ad blocker, turned of anti virus, and even reset my computer. What can be done? I have used the same Webcam and mic before.

Mobile camera is not properly connecting
I have been using my mobile Android device for spelltable for half a year. Until about 3 days ago, there had been no issues at all. Now whenever I use my mobile camera, the lobby screen on my pc still shows the QR code and is black even after successfully scanning and logging in with my phone. I am able to record myself and my table with my phone but none of it registers with the spelltable lobby open in my pc. There is just the QR code which I already scanned and is still waiting for me to connect…
