Before You Create a New Report
For New Reports
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
- Open SpellTable and start or join a lobby
- Select the gear icon to configure inputs
- Actual: No input devices are detected under “Camera Source”
- Expected: My camera can be selected for “Camera Source”
Additional Information to Provide
- The brand, model, and/or type of device you’re using (USB webcam, Android/Tablet, iPhone/iPad, etc.)
- The version or your operating system you’re using (i.e.: Windows 10, MacOS Big Sur, Android 11, iOS 14, etc.)
- Your browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.)
- A screenshot of the issue or any error messaging received (Note: it must be smaller than 50 mb in size)
- The last are simple checks for any camera/microphone issues you might encounter:
- Ensured permission has been granted for your Camera and Microphone through your preferred browser: Use your camera & microphone
- Ensured that no other programs are using your Camera or Microphone (you can find information on how to perform this check by searching online)
- Temporarily disabling any Anti-Virus programs that might disable camera and microphone access (even if you’re already granted it)
- Tested your camera is working with Online Mic Test

Spelltable requieres a Camera, even though i want to use the experimental Phone Camera.
This resolutes that i need to have two Webcams setup if i want to stream a Game via OBS. So i have a webcam connected to the computer... just so Spelltable have its own... !!!Not Used!!! webcam. This makes streaming pretty unconftable. If your unlucky, if you are disconnected, it will try to get your Facecam in OBS... even if you are setting the other cam. ...
Pleeeease fix this.Happend in Firefox, when joining a game, using the experimental mode. As seen in the screenshots.

Sidebar disappears when using iPad for Spelltable
When using iPad as primary for spelltable, sidebar with controls does not appear.

Unable to Scan Storm of Souls
I have tried with glossy sleeves, matte sleeves, and no sleeve. I have tried adjusting my lighting multiple times, tried placing the card on different parts of the playmat, etc and nothing works. All other cards work fine -- this problem is exclusive to this card AFAIK.
Is the 'normal' artwork version of this card in the database that can be detected? Do I need to proxy a full art version to get around this problem?

Overall Game Timer
Is it possible to implement an overall game timer feature similar to the turn timer? There's currently no way to track within the app how to tell how long a game has been on-going

Lathliss, Dragon Queen
Lathliss, Dragon Queen scans as Atarka, World Render. Have tried several times, verified lighting, checked with other cards and when scanning Lathliss, Dragon Queen the card always shows up as Atarka, World Render. Searching the database shows Lathliss properly though.

Suggestion: There should be a Casual play option where we can add some "home" rules to create and play with friends online
Similar to the Play option, there should be a Casual option that can be selected as a format which is non-competitive and not for people to try out their ranked decks like in normal play and it is completely just to have fun (you could even make it not count for daily missions or xp), the creator of the game should have control over a few things such as starting life, and from which sets cards in that game are allowed to be played. Also allowing a 2-headed giant format would be AWESOME, but I'm sure that would be an…

Extremely Laggy
I'm having issues with spelltable running extremly poorly no matter what I do. I've tried google chrome and edge, enabling and disabling hardware acceleration, disabling all my addons and closing other tabs, nothing helps. It can't be my hardware as I'm running an ryzen 5 5600x, 32 GB of ram, and a gtx 1070. It's also not my internet as my computer is connected to my router through ethernet and not wifi, and I have gigabit internet. I'm at my wits end and I just wanna play magic with my friends.

Could you patch in an identifying label for the new initiative/undercity ability like the monarch symbol?

Cards in search bar are spanish
My language is set to English, but whenever I search for a card I get both Spanish and English card suggestions. This makes finding specific cards a real pain.

Since rule 0 is a core part of EDH - can we make any creature card your commander? I can't get my pony deck in spelltable which makes things hard. thanks!

Game creation timer and played games.
I would really love, if SpellTable got the function to be able to see what time a game was created, and if a game is ongoing. Lots of times, I find myself to join a game with 2/4 players, to find that the game has already been played, and is down to the final 2.
Being able to see, when a game was created, and a way to sort new games needing players from old games about to be finished would be great!1 vote -
Can't type spaces when reporting a player
When reporting a player, the user can't type in spaces
Steps to reproduce:
1. During a game, select Report Player in the options menu for a player.
2. Type in a sentence about the conduct issue.Actual Results: Spaces don't appear in the text - it's passing the turn instead.
Expected Results: While the Report Player comment box is open, you should be able to type spaces without passing the turn.Workaround: You can type a description with spaces in another window then paste your description into the Report Player box.

Rules
I recently played against kaya the inexorable and the SNC artifact card turned her into a creature. There were three counters for return to hand on the planes walker. I destroyed the artifact. I know the counters are still there, but the ability specifically says when this "Creature" dies or is exiled. There was not a decision for this interaction online yet that I could find. I was wondering If this is the intended interaction? Because if it is the correct interaction then Kaya would be a creature after the artifact was destroyed I would think. And therefore be able…

Spelltable - Card Count Tracker
Making Spelltable as "Real World" accurate as possible would aid the user experience and playability. Consider the addition of a means of tracking the number of cards in a given zone: library, hand, graveyard, and exile. Perhaps each draw could be tracked for cards in hand/ graveyard depth /cards exiled /and playable exiled cards. Auto-scanning cards placed in graveyards and exile would be ideal.

Up on D Pad on Painting Tab crashes game
If the user presses up on the D-pad while on the Painting tab of the Journal, the game will crash. Possibly only affects users with no paintings.

Spelltable Layout
Is there a way to change the layout for 1v1 games similar to the commander layout, but with just two people? Or is there a way to reduce the number of divisions? I want to display two board states at once of equal size. The picture-in-picture layout and focus layout are insufficient.

Feature Request: Headless Mode
Some people I play with have problems getting Spelltable to work, so we end up playing on Zoom and having Gatherer open in another window. The sidebar in Spelltable is much better during a game, mainly due to the search history, but also the simplified searching options. It would be nice to be able to run just the sidebar, without the video, in these cases.
