Before creating a new report, please enter the issue in the Issue Title field below to see if your issue has already been reported. It is a good idea to limit this to a few key words, like a device name or specific feature.

Example: webcam not found (Note: Partial words may not bring up results, we recommend to try webcam instead of cam or web cam)

You can provide additional information that can also help us perform an investigation quickly. Great information to include:
  1. The brand, model, and/or type of device you’re using (USB webcam, Android/Tablet, iPhone/iPad, etc.)
  2. The version or your operating system you’re using (i.e.: Windows 10, MacOS Big Sur, Android 11, iOS 14, etc.)
  3. Your browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.)
  4. A screenshot of the issue or any error messaging received (Note: it must be smaller than 50 mb in size)
  5. The last are simple checks for any camera/microphone issues you might encounter:
  • Ensured permission has been granted for your Camera and Microphone through your preferred browser: Use your camera & microphone
  • Ensured that no other programs are using your Camera or Microphone (you can find information on how to perform this check by searching online)
  • Temporarily disabling any Anti-Virus programs that might disable camera and microphone access (even if you’re already granted it)
  • Tested your camera is working with Online Mic Test

  6. In a ranked game on MTG:Arena the "Settle the Wreckage" spell unavailable to cast after opponent declared an attack.

    Hello, I am writing to report a bug I encountered in Magic: The Gathering Arena. During a match, an opponent declared an attack with a creature. I attempted to cast an instant spell to oppose it, and I had sufficient mana to do so, including the required two white mana and two generic mana. However, the game did not allow me to cast the spell. Could you please investigate why I was unable to cast this instant spell? Thank you for your understanding and efforts to resolve.

  7. Daily Deal - Missing Purchase Bug

    I entered the shop (daily deals) there I saw “Ulalek, Fused Atrocity” for 2,700coins I bought it (app took the coins) but didn’t receive it(didn’t show in the collection, but did show in craft)
    [now that I see the posts here I see there is some sort of problem with the daily deals, I also see a long timer for the deals (90 hours atm) but now the “Ulalek” card isn’t in the deals.

  9. Camera no permission

    I either get a thing that says spelltable doesn't have permission to use the camera, or I get one that says there was trouble changing the camera. I've tried everything. All permissions are allowed on computer and browser. I've tried 3 different cameras and 2 mobile phones.

  10. striking pallete with Heated argument

    Second time I mentioned that Striking pallete does not work with heated argument because of... Just does not work, spell is casting one time and does not make a copy... I think its a bug, but maybe there is some specific wording of that??
