An error occurred while saving the comment Jiroxys#59223 commentedLost a match because of this. Actually would have been able to win the same turn but it forced my Lotus Cobra to produce all white mana and forced me to end my turn.

Wandering Emperor is not passing priority after using her abilities as she should. Take a look at this example:
It's my turn
Opponent has one artifact creature on the battlefield. A Steel Seraph.
I have Invoke Despair and Go for the Throat in hand with enough open mana to cast both
I cast Invoke Despair
Opponent responds by flashing in The Wandering Emperor and creating a 2/2 Samurai creature token
Invoke Despair begins resolving without priority being passed.
I do not get a chance to kill the Samurai with Go for the Throat before the opponent sacrifices it to Invoke Despair, leaving the more threatening Steel Seraph that cannot be removed with my Go for the Throat.
