I have reported hundreds of players for roping — and 5 of those accounts in particular I've reported 100-200 times each, yet I still continue to get matched up with them almost daily, so that should be all the proof you need that Wizards does nothing about your conduct reports, regardless of the volume they receive. If not, just take a look at how many bug reports on this site they've responded to: zero.
You may also notice that your conduct reports get automatically/instantly assigned to a bot and closed, so it's unlikely that a human ever lays eyes on them (which exacerbates my frustrations, knowing that I've not only spent hours watching the rope burn down, but also hours logging all those conduct reports).
When Wizards implemented the "Did you have fun?" survey at the end of games — which seems to only appear when either player concedes or ropes, I thought it was a sign that they'd be taking some sort of action, but alas, that was 12+ months ago and still nothing...

The "Unable to join queue" error message displays if you click the "Play" button multiple time in quick succession (e.g. standard double-click) — the first works as expected and joins the queue, and the subsequent clicks throw this error.
Obviously the fix here would be to disable the button after the first click, but there are far more severe bugs that have gone unanswered for 4+years (e.g. just try play MTGA in fullscreen mode on macOS...), so don't expect much ;)

Best you can do is vote for the following other similar tickets (keeping in mind these macOS resolution bugs were first reported 4 years ago, so I wouldn’t expect it even hope for anything):

I submitted a similar ticket a couple of months ago: https://feedback.wizards.com/forums/918667-mtg-arena-bugs-product-suggestions/suggestions/49987830-incorrect-card-sleeves-displayed-in-deck-builder-a
TL;DR: if you have a custom sleeve set in your profile, any decks using that will incorrectly show the default/brown MTG card sleeve in the deck builder. Workaround: reset the default sleeve in your profile (i.e. unselect the American flag), then set a custom sleeve for each deck (i.e. the American flag).

Gotta read the cards. They had Herald of Eternal Dawn on the battlefield (https://gatherer.wizards.com/FDN/en-us/17/herald-of-eternal-dawn), which clearly states "You can't lose the game and your opponents can't win the game."
Therefore, as long as they have that creature on the battlefield, reducing their life total to zero (or negative) has no effect.
