Damage does not reduce toughness. Arena simply displays marked damage on creatures with a reduced toughness value, because marked damage can accumulate over the turn due to several events. It's a means to make it easier to calculate how much damage is still nessessary to kill that creature. When you redcue toughness, then the value to which marked damage gets compared to is lowered, and that may kill the creature. But if you also factor in indestructible, then marked damage is meaningless, all that matters is toughness redcution. The toughness of a creature that takes damage does not go down. So to kill an indestructible creature via toughness redcution, you have to redcue the entire toughness to 0 or less. For Ketramose that means a toughness redcution of 4 or more. Damage is irrelevant.

Atraxa only costs 7 mana, you need to reanimate a creature with mana value 8 or more for that achievement.

Neither flying nor lifelink are activated abilities, and thus are not granted to your creatures with +1/+1 counters. The Cauldron only grants activated abilities, not all abilities.

Did you do that in a matched game? Because games against sparky and direct challenges do not count for achievements.

No, this is you not understanding the difference between combat and a fight. There is no first strike nor double strike in a fight. A fight is not combat, and those two abilities only function in combat. Because they change the number of combat damage steps in the combat phase, and which creature can deal combat damage in each one. A fight has no combat damage steps. A fight is simply the two fighting creatures dealing noncombat damage to each other at the same time. That's why your 5/5 died, double strike and all.

To move counters means, to take them away from the object they are on, and then put an equal amount on the other object. And since a creature that dies doesn't have any counters to take away from to begin with (they ceased to exist with the zone change), this rules apples:

122.8. If a triggered ability instructs a player to put one object’s counters on another object and that
ability’s trigger condition or effect checks that the object with those counters left the battlefield, the
player doesn’t move counters from one object to the other. Rather, the player puts the same number
of each kind of counter the first object had onto the second object.

Twice the trigger means twice the counter placement. Triple the same, etc. Nothing wrong here.

Nothing about the Aetherspark stops creatures that are entering attacking from entering attacking it. The Aetherspark cannot be attacked, which means, no attacker can be declared attacking it, when it is attached. But those entering attacking creatures aren't declared as attackers, and so get around the ability.

Your vehicle reverted back to just an artifact in the cleanup step, where all "this turn" effects end. Thus The Aetherspark was illegally attached, so the check of state based actions in the cleanup step made it fall of.

"The Achievement “ Keyword soup” I attacked with an Atraxa equipped with swift boot It didn’t register."

Because your keyword soup was still lacking trample.

Because there is no "or less". When you sacrifice an artifact with mana value 2, you can ONLY search for an artifact card with mana value 3.

The vehicle token Chandra creates is not a creature, so Authority of the Consuls doesn't affect it. Chandra's trigger then animating it just changes its types, it does not make it reenter the battlefield, thus Authority once again doesn't apply.

The Aetherspark is still a planeswalker when attached. It's ability prevents creatures from attacking it, but nothing prevents creatures that are entering attacking to enter attacking it. To attack means to be declared as attacker. Those tokens did not attack the Aetherspark, they entered atacking it. A crucial difference. No bug.

Thing is, Kaito, Bane of Nightmares is not a planeswalker during its controller's turn. His type changing ability doesn't say "in addition to its other types" or something similar, so all his types are gone and replaced with just Creature - Ninja.

Leyline of the Void specifically only affects CARDS. So the cat token Ajani creates, which is not represented by a card, can still die and trigger his transformation. If you want to prevent that, you have to use Rest in Peace. That one does affect tokens as well.

Games against Sparky and direct challenges do not count for achievements. You have to play in matched games to get them.
