It's not "bad luck", the "R"NG is rigged, when CS is politely pressed for an HONEST, non-scripted answer to this WELL-KNOWN problem, they fold and ignore that player (but that player will notice that matches afterward become increasingly more ludicrous). This is why most MTG players at my LGS refuse to play Arena; it's blatant, and players are treated like we're stupid. Wizards / Hasbro believes they can gaslight us about this problem, and it's why people like me will never put our money into purchasing any digital content.

All the while dealing with 1 or (if I'm lucky) 2 lands in opening hand and hoping to get another before turn 5. Yes, Wizards CS, it really is sooooooo "random"! -

Weak players use exquisite blood + whatever as auto-win combo. Definitely just ban this card, watch the trash players give up, or switch to the ugin decks.

The actual problem is, as you've stated, you have a mill deck, play with something else.
The algorithms are *working as intended", meaning the rigging is intentional, and getting screwed is supposed to frustrate people into paying real money to accelerate their collections for more powerful cards faster. These two things are what make people not want to play in general.
