From a different game, this is an opponent's Ornithopter with a +1/+1 counter on it (from a Map token) that briefly was sent to exile by an Eldrazi Displacer.

Can confirm this is still happening, and it also doesn't count creatures with Escape costs. Log attached of both Uro, the Grave Titan and Mulldrifter being cast from the graveyard with Muldrotha's ability without it using up the "Cast as Creature" restriction.
