Random Defeat Mid Match
Happened twice tonight! In the middle of "Traditional Standard Play," the screen suddenly showed my avatar exploding and showed "defeat."
The first time it happened, I was about to cast a Wicked Wolf during my first main phase. I had lost to my opponent the first match, and this was the second match.
The second time it happened, my opponent had just past the turn to me, and I was moving my cursor over to use a Deathsprout. This game was the 3rd game in the match, and both my opponent and I had won a game a piece prior to the random defeat match.
There were no timers on screen when this occurred, and I had no visible connectivity issues. This is very frustrating, as in both matches I had significant advantage over my opponent and for my avatar to just all of a sudden blow up? This needs to be fixed.

see here isnthe problem you come here bc when they email you they say they dont have any issues on their end post a bug submission...then the admin here literally sends you back to the same place you emailed that sent you here ....wtf....ive had this happen quite a few times but it has only happened in draft settings....when either im about to win or when im making a comeback it is as if the client is trying to prevent you from continuing to grind gold and gems so that it forces you to pay money for gems if you want to continue to play or build your collection.... which should be a lawsuit in itself...its one thing of course for us yo just not pay and we chose to pay for gems its an entire different story tho if its found out that these "glitches" are purposely being done to prevent people from going infinite or **** even just positive in order to "play for free"...

Happened to me when I was 1 turn away from winning in my Jump in match. The opponent had only 1 card in hand and nothing on the battlefield. Glad to see that I was not the only one to face this. Unlikely for WOTC to compensate us. I didn't even know you had to take a screenshot as proof. Oh well, one of the many reasons why I will never spend money on this game.

This happened to me during a draft (and a few other times in constructed). It was really annoying because I was definitely about to win the match in the turn I randomly lost, and I wasn't using any timers and I was quick in responding and engaging in the match. I was less than ten seconds into my turn when I just randomly lost. It's especially terrible when it happens during a limited event that you used gems or gold on.

This just happened to me...It was 3 Life to 42 for me and all I needed to do was literally start a turn when an enemy played some random spell that never did any damage to me or whipe any of my creatures. It was a long and hardfought match too and we were playing similair decks when mine popped off just a little better and I finally had them cornered. Suddenly, my avatar explodes and it says "defeat". Actually pretty salty about that, since it took such a long time.

July 29th, 2022 this is still happening. Just swapped out my hand for my library with mordenkainen. Doing great. Every enemy debuffed with sludge monster. Just put out ranger class. No timers. No enemy enchantments or artifacts that say "you win game" straight up. Putting a land into play and boom, I'm dead, lol. Really good stuff there folks!

Not sure if this is the correct file I'm supposed to attach? I just went into the MTGA folder and grabbed the file with the closest time stamp to when I was playing.
