Cannot access store
Every time I try to access the store, I get a black screen and it fails to load, crashing Arena. This has been attempted multiple times over the course of the last couple weeks. Thanks for your help!

EVERYBODY!! I'm having the same problem, but I found a "sort-of" solution that worked for me; instead of clicking on the "Store" button, click on the "Gems" at the top right of your home screen. It'll take you to the store page where you can access all the other tabs as well. HOWEVER, do NOT click the "Featured" page, it'll freeze the computer and crash same as before. My theory is that the "Featured" page is causing the system crashes, NOT the actual store! Hope this helps someone out and please share this on other threads you find!

Exact same issue here only since latest update. Can still play games etc, but going to the store results in a black screen, and eventual crash to desktop. I have tried to uninstall and redownload - but the issue persisted even after that.

Not only have I not been able to purchase the Eldraine Mastery Pass because of game crashes when attempting to purchase that, but now I can not even access the store. Nothing has been done about either issue no matter how many times I have contacted support....it is making me no longer want to play Arena, which is my only Magic fix at the moment.

I cannot access the store. It goes to Black Screen for 1-2 minutes, then crashes.

Same problem here, only I don't get the waiting screen. Sometimes I'll get a Unity error pop up, most times not. No logs are being generated for me to upload either. Tried uninstall/reinstall, no change in the behavior at all.

Hi,
MTG Arena always crashes when I click on the store section.
If I'm in full screen mode, it freezes to black, or the loading circle. If I use the windowed mode, I've got the Unity loading box, and the the message "mtga.exe cessed to work". -
