Cannot access store
Every time I try to access the store, I get a black screen and it fails to load, crashing Arena. This has been attempted multiple times over the course of the last couple weeks. Thanks for your help!

Same problem just stuck with endless waiting for server, I even uninstalled the program and redownloaded it and it still does it. It's not worth uninstalling so just wait for an update.

You would think 4 hours of trying would yield some results... and what about compensation? Is my time I am spending waiting and trying to use this store to BUY product worth anything? I'll expect the store issue to be fixed. I'm more mad about the auto-idiots telling people its a connection issue... it's not. I can sign my roommate in and use his store on his account... but not mine... using the same computer btw. so, yeah, store issue.

Can't get to store, just stuck on the "waiting for server" spinner until I close the game. rest of the game still works. problem started 11/16. Trying to spend money here Wizards...

Still cannot access the store. "Waiting for the Server" appears and nothing else. Have to exit the game in order to get out of this. Extremely frustrating.

Same here, endless spinner when I want to access the store. You can't even go back to the main menu by pressing escape or something, have to shut the application :(

I got the same thing. I got a "It's already been reported to us, we're working on it" email back from support. I hope they can fix this soon.

The Store is not working, the rest of the game works fine. I can play matches, etc. But when I click the Store Tab in the UI Menu, it goes to an infinite load screen with the spinning circle.
I want to spend money and get new cards and things, but I can't. Please fix soon, I don't want to miss the daily featured deals #FOMO.

Same experience - Stuck at "Waiting for the Server" message any time I try to access the Store for the past 2 days. As well, tried rebooting and logout of account in Arena and log back in. Same outcome in both cases, infinite "Waiting for the Server".

Same thing here. Can't access the store for 2 days because im having an infinite "Waiting for server" message which I can't even cancel so i have to close the client from task manager.
