This is so frustrating, fix your **** guys. People pay money for this game, losing due to a lost connection is infuriating. How long will this be a persistent issue for so many players until you FIX IT!

I am unable to maintain network connection since the last update. I lose connection to server when deckbuilding and when playing. Sometimes it happens when I just change to the "Store" screen or "Decks" screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled arena multiple times.

Network error on turn 2 of a draft. No option to even attempt to reconnect, just a free win for my opponent and an undeserved loss for me.

this is getting EXTREMELY frustrating WoTC. I have now lost no less than 6 matches on ranked ladder and 4 matches in ranked limited. Fix the issue. It isn't with my PC. It is an issue on the server side.

Same problem happened several times - never took the care/time to report it, but after a while it just gets too much...
So, drafting IKO in Quick Drafts (never had any problem during the drafting process)
1st match, opponent is found, and we both land in the game
Just after getting in the game message "Network Error" appears
Priority is left to my opponent (timer on their side) - and after it gets to 0, game is just left impossible to interact with
When reconnecting, I always get the game loss
Starts to be a pain in the a** -

After browsing similar topics, I found an interesting thread that pretty much confirmed by suspicions. The game code / logic seems to always be waiting for a reply from the server to render animations.
Ex. You play a land, it freezes mid screen and doesn't resolve. The game wont resolve the action until it receives confirmation from the server. Any number of reasons could be causing the issue and it could be the host / server or either player.
As a player, the best thing you can try to do is play on a clean hard line without a lot of other traffic, to try to rule out latency on your end but, my suspicion still lies with the host, MTG:A servers and, game logic.
What I don't understand is why there isn't an in game solution to reconnect. If the server detects connection issues, the client side should notify, save match and, attempt reconnect.

I have the same problem here. I want to be refunded in at least one Draft Entry.
I lost two games for te same reason. Just to have an idea my draft was going so well that i hited 4 wins with only one lost. That one lost is the only one fair.
The two other ones is because of this ridiculous bug. It's exactly this. We do have connection. Even if you try to close the game and open it fast, it still cost you one lost. Absolutly unfair. -

Just happened to me, I was on my way to winning my 3rd game in sealed, now it's a loss. I not only want my loss deleted, I also want my almost secure win. I am SO close to quitting this game after losing interest in the Mastery Pass and it feeling more and more like a drag.

Got a network error and the game didn't resolve and had to use Alt+F4 to exit and restart, lost due to Arena taking tooooo long to restart. WTF!!!

this network error resulted in a match loss.. I was one mana short of a kicked fight with fire and a jade light ranger with 2 counters and a brazen borrower on the field it was at my opponents end step when the error occurred. I feel pretty dang cheated here... please advise
