I have the same issue from a long time ago, but with the last update is even worse I can't play a single game. Also the game close in the middle of a game.

If u CHANGE THE LANGUAGE in the graphic option of the game to anglish , the game is actualy working just fine , so have fun everyone :)

Black screen upon loading. No audio, nothing. Deleted game 5 times and re-downloaded. Still no luck. It does this to me every single time a new set hits until you fix it. I would love to play the game and spend money on the new set but I cant do that with a black screen.

Black screen issues at start the client!

Black screen, cursor only. No audio that I can tell. Reinstalled after the problem initially showed up so I'm doubtful my logs will be any help. Very, very frustrating, given set releases and rotation are the best time to play standard.

El dia de ayer estuve jugando el draft de m21 y en las 4 partidas que tuve me estuvo desconectando en algunas si me dejaba regresar al juego y en otras ya solo me sacaba y me arrojaba derrota.

Estuve jugando el dia de hoy e igualmente me seguia mandando error hasta que cambie el juego al idioma INGLES - solucion que me dijo un amgo- solo que al ser un torneo premier ya no tengo el oro ni gemas para jugar otro pues solo gane 50 gemas.

Quisiera saber si abra algun reembolso por parte de ustedes.

Da atualização até data de hoje 26/06/2020, conforme estou jogando, o jogo trava e fecha, sendo assim perco todas as partidas em que joguei e foram mais de 7 uma em seguida da outra, partidas que praticamente já estavam ganhas, não me sinto tão prejudicado poque as partidas eram ranqueadas, mas porem quero jogar draft da nova edição M21. sendo assim o jogo não passa confiança em eu gastar gemas e gold para entrar nesses campeonatos ! gostaria de uma atenção perante esse ocorrido, sendo que antes da atualização estava rodando perfeitamente !

estava jogando draft rápido ikoria, perdi duas partidas que saíram no meio delas e não voltou mais, fiquei muito prejudicado com isso. gostaria de minhas gemas de volta 750 que usei para o evento.

The same happened with me. The game crashed in the middle and its impossible to return. I can return when the game is finished. I lost my first game of sealed magic 2021 and my first game of draft premium magic 2021.
