I fix the problem changing the language to english. I am brasilian, so I was playing in portuguese.

El juego se cierra al intentar jugar alguna partida o estando en alguna de ellas.

Preordering seems to be a bad idea given Core2021's launch... yesterday... and still being unable to play. And now... not being able to find my logs anywhere so "obviously" tech and customer support isn't going to help in case my collection is lost/missing.

Tengo un problema con el programa, que después de entrar la partida en clasificatoria o un amistoso el programa se cierra automáticamente. También cuando deseo ver mi colección de cartas también se cierra el programa.

O meu acontece o mesmo problema...o jogo trava e fecha.

Game crashes regulary after the second round or so. Could'not play a single game after update... I even tried to reinstall all ... Is not possible to get game log because that is impossible to know when it will crash...
I lost my platinum rank because of this. after fix we will need a compensation

So... Are you guys going to fix this black screening with the arena curser? Or am I just going to be out on the money I paid?????

Hello, recently, the game has crashed with the black screen bug several times. This problem started to happen after yesterday's update. My PC meets the game requirements by far and it is updated with the latest version of Windows 10. Also, I used the Wizards client to instal the game (is not instaled by any third party like Epic Store). Yesterday, after the update, I decided to play a M21 booster draft, but lost three games in a row due the bug. I have reported this problem several times and followed the proposed recommendations for the solution, but it persists, even playing normal or ranked games, and also, in 70% of the matches, the game just freezes in the first turn and it doesn't allow me to enter again until the match is ended.
I hope you can give me any additional advice and recommendations to solve this issue.

The same. I´ve lost 3bars in ranked. I was very near to reach Diamond. Cmon guys

mismo problema, crash y luego pantalla negra hasta que no pude entrar al juego

Sigue la misma falla dese ayer, en el segundo o tercer turno se sale del juego o sino , deja jugar la partida y al ganar se queda toda la pantalla en negro.
Follow the same failure from yesterday, in the second or third turn you quit the game or else, let the game play and when you win the entire screen remains black.

Desde la actualización al jugar una partida, se cae el juego y me tira afuera.
