ho perso la partita al draft premier (10000$) perchè sono stato fatto uscire dal gioco in continuazione senza possibilità di riprendere il match..dovrei essere rimborsato

idem pour moi, je suis éjecté de la partie lors du tour 3 ou 4 et impossible de recharger le jeu tant que le match n'est pas fini.

Crash régulié depuis la maj M21 ( hier donc ), j y ai perdu 2000gemmes en draft , 2 défaites d affilées ...

Impossible de tester correctement un deck en ladder ...

Le ranking en mythique c 'est pas grave, juste tres lourd. Mais les euros perdu ! Comment proceder pour se faire rembourser le draft perdu ?

Update : A l instant 12:05, le 26/06/2020. Crash au mulligan !

J'étais à une partie d'être mythique en standard ( partie que j'allais gagner et enfin être mythique) et j'ai une déconnexion alors que j'allais attaquer et aucun conte possible: un rang de perdu. Puis 3 déconnexions donc 3 rangs perdu…..

merci de me tenir informé, c'est très frustrant d'être au bord d'un objectif et tout perdre en 4 déconnexion.

J'espère que le problème sera résolu et avoir un geste de votre part

I'm doing draft premier for M21 and I have lose two games for a game crash during the 4th turn.

Unbelievable! After every update since I play Arena for more than a year there is the games crashing issue at start. Lost a couple of matches in ranked because crash at startup of the match this time. When cards show up game crashes. Also lost some gems and coins due to this issue! I lost a lot of coin and gems the last couple of years due to these issues when you update the game!
I am not gonna invest any money and time in the game for 1 month after set rotation. Maybe you managed to fix it then! Fix it! Please! Here are some log files! Good luck!

Un desastre, el juego se cierra a media partida, no te deja volver y cuando lo hace pantalla negra, hasta que el rival conceda o gane la partida.

Pésimo !!!, no saben , ni quieren programar. Que pasa con el dinero invertido?

Hello this is not only black screen, application shuts down in the middle of a game and it is impossible to reconnect to the application while the game is not finished. When I relaunch the application, it loads correctly, then it tries to go back to the game and automatically closes again as soon as game is found.
