My game crashed in the middle of a duel, I can't connect anymore me and my friend are stuck on that match.

Can't even open magic to get the log.

Hi, I'm running the new MacOS client and also having black screen issues.
First, I'm not having any problems with the update on the PC client, but on MacOS the following has been happening:
The install went off without a hitch, I launched the app and logged in to my account.
At this point I ran into the black screen.
I tried restarting the client and whenever i try to quit the client the app stops responding, meaning it has to be force-quit.
I relaunched and checked my network connection.
In my network activity monitor I saw that the arena client was chugging along, and remembered Arena's habit of background downloading, so I went ahead and let the app run with the black screen until it had finished it's downloading (somewhere in the neighborhood of 6 gigs) and then tried to quit and relaunch the app again. However, the hanging on quit, and the black screen on launch have persisted.
Unfortunately, as I have not yet been able to access the interface of the client since i logged in I can't seem to generate any logs.

I changed the game to English (it was in Portuguese) and SOLVED.
it must be a problem related to the translation files

in the fifth drop the following error message appears.

So I'm not the only one that lost 2000 gems because of 3 losses due to crash...

Edited: the game crashed again, I could play 3 games but crashed again, and now I cant play again. Sorry.

This solution works for me:

1. Enter to "Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security" (Windows+R , wf.msc)
2. Enter to "Inbound Rules" and find "MTGA" rules
3. Double click on MTGA rules > Advanced Options > Domain : activate Private; deactivate Public
4. Apply and Accept.

When the MTGA game run, then deactivate again Public Domain; and let activated Private Domain only.

This is all, now I can play with normality

I lost 3 games (and a lot of gems) because Mtg arena crash. I will not play again until it is resolved :(

Black screen error when going from draft record screen to decks

My game was crashing sometimes while playing before but since the new patch at the start of a match and maybe 3 min later every game i play the game crash

I can't play any match because the game crashes.

Started a draft, and jeep black screening for over 20 minutes now, Tried to restart several times. So disappointed. I can´t even get a log...

They should give us back what we spend 100% and reward us for the bad moment that they have been putting us through and for a long time it is a shame that you, being such a large company, have so many problems in the game.

Immediately crashes on Mac if I click on any item on the home screen (store, Draft event, Profile, etc.).
