Same here, losing all my sealed match because the game crash as soon as the match starts. Now the game doesn't even start, only a black screen.

Client crashes with network comms error, then black-screen on restart

I am getting a black screen after matches. I don't know if I am getting credit for victories or quests. Sadly, I cannot give you a log because I now get a black screen when I try to start Arena.

The crash report that was generated upon opening the game. After this crash, I log in and just get a black screen. I'm unsure of where the non-crash logs are on the mac client.

Tried replacing the AkSoundEngine.dll with one from working installation and the error persists. Also tried replacing all the Ak dlls. Got same error

Got latest vc and redownloaded and reinstalled the game completely. Same error.

Also, even if I kill the game and then restart it, 4 out of 5 times it goes black without loading main screen.

Hi, I have this black screen problem. The log files attached.

I tried to update the C++ redist x86, as it was suggested to a similar problem, but with no succes.

after the update it is giving an error and I can't even finish only one game, windows closes the game after.

Playing on mac. Black screen after one match then have to wait for it to check all files. Then one match then same agin.
Have done this about 3 times.
Get the colour challenge come up also, even tho that’s completed. Gave up so am away from computer so send log.

I start the game, and all I get is a black screen with the Arena mouse cursor. Stays that way until it is force-quitted. Alt-tabbing works fine.

EDIT 1: this happened exactly after installing the game from scratch (uninstalling it, downloading the installer, then waiting for all the downloads and installation again), without rebooting. REBOOTING MY COMPUTER HELPED and now I can start the game and play matches normally.

EDIT 2: Okay, the black screen is back now. 4 matches in various queues, and after finishing the latest one, it hangs on the black screen of death as before.

I had this issue several times when opening M21 boosters, it crashed out and noticed I was short a booster each time after I logged back in. Found this article, attempted to enable advanced logging and now I cannot log into the game at all. It just spins on the login screen after putting in email/pass
