Same thing. I followed all the recommendations on the troubleshooting site, then followed everything Wizards recommended in my ticket (Revo removal, re-install, clean boot) and nothing.

They recommended I check the board to see if anyone else has found a solution. Yep.

I thought we were out of the weeds but no fix yet, having same problem as the other folks. things i did no fix: Upgrade to windows 10, clean boot of apps after start up. installed rev to remove mtga and reinstall it as told but no luck. Set all resolution to lowest form and restarted the comp, set compatibility to mtga liking. nothing. i keep crashing and crashing.

Having the same issue and lost my paid draft to this. It's frustrating. Tried reinstalling and putting all graphics on low but no difference. Any help and refund would be appreciated.

All the beautiful new animations are making the game unplayable. Same happened after Eldraine update. Haven't been able to play paper magic in the last two months, and it seems it won't happen soon. Now arena is also becoming unplayable. Thanks Wizards.

Again a lot of new animations were added, and arena crashes at least every second game.

Arena crashes once every two games, average.
Often when I come back I lost one or two turn and, therefore, the game.
It's unbearable.
This happens for two/three weeks every time you release a new set.
Can't you find a long term solution?

I am also having the same issue. It is very difficult to play best of 3 and events often have 1 to 2 of my losses being due to the screen going black before I can even play a single card. I am attaching my log but, I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and it does not do anything. I hope this can be resolved.

i start playing my two first match but each times the game crash and provocs disconnection resulting in loosing without even play my first card !! i lost the benefice of a 1500gemmes draft ikoria and i'm realy angry. templar972#22572

I have the same complaint as many other people have been experiencing since Ikoira was released. Here is a log from my game, but not sure how much it will help you. The lack of information on this situation is very disappointing. Great job on ignoring the problem and leaving your loyal customers helpless......I had no issues with your game for 7 months until M20 was released. Then "poof" all of the unity crashes began. I agree with everyone else. How about you make sure your game is stable and running consistently before adding new features.......I used to really enjoy this game, but not it has become a pretty useless file on my computer.

Since the Ikoria release update I can't complete a single game. Unity crashes or UI is not responsive or other errors happen. This is frustrating.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still nothing.
