Haven't been able to launch the game since the M21 launch. Black screen. Uninstall/re-install did nothing. Always has been set to English language. Ran as administrator did not help.

I'd appreciate a refund or at least a partial refund on my draft game. It is very frustrating.

In the past week or so I joined a few premier drafts and lost like 4/5 games because the game crashed and it was impossible to rejoin the games afterwards.
Just now tha game crashed during the draft portion by the end of pack 2. I didn't get to choose any card from my third pack. This one seemed to be a common problem and I managed to fix it but was still too late.
Wasted a lot of gold and gems because of these issues.

Can't start the game AT ALL. Having problems logging in to the forums too (finally managed to do it though). I'm not getting any error messages when I try to login to my Arena account on the client, nothing happens. It's infuriating that your arena server status is claiming the game has "degraded performance" when the client won't even start.

Wizards, you need to take a good look at the client. There are constant problems and issues: people can't log in, crashing, people get stuck in "updating" loops, the game won't start... It feels worse than it was in Beta. You're constantly putting out updates and patches and there are issues almost every time. Less updates and patches and more stability please. Don't change the formats around and update the shop 2 times every week, try to not make changes more than once a month and keep more formats open all the time so the game is more stable and we don't need to update as often, because every time you put something out, there are new (or old) issues.

Game crashed right after I won a workshop game (both playing cats deck). The xp reward was on the screen when the disconnect dialog came up but it wouldn't let me reconnect (or claim the reward for that matter. Restarted the game and got the same error screen as "erro mtg.png", login behind included. Restarted the computer and still getting the same error. Note I'd already successfully played a couple of "Play" games with an "Izzet League" starter deck from last year, checked daily deals in the store and slotted my second mastery orb. I do not have the current M21 mastery pass.

Right now..OTHER ERROR... MESSAGE FROM MAGIC 2019 : " error data updates" ... in THIS MOMENTS IT´S IMPOSSIBLE A CONECTION WITH MAGIC 2019 SERVER...

still stuck with a black screen and cursor.....for weeks now......wizards what are you doing to fix this cause apparently not much.

it is impossible to play, a crash every 2/3 minutes.... In a game with real money is a unacceptable thing. Wizard I love you but you must hurry ti fix it.

Game crashes again ..I don't know why I spend my money and time on this game if I can't play. Last week I was 3 days without being able to play.
