many black screens

Black screen issue. I dont know if these are the correct logs

Game freezes after a match, I bought the Mastery Pack for 3,400 gems, I purchased those gems with the 1 time deal that includes 3,500 gems and skins. Also problematic to log in some times, with a huge black screen time. Also noticed that my pet can actually change to all colors if I touch his bone (I was under the impression that happens after getting the last pet) Hope it helps.

Same problem since 18h and not resolved, i expect refund i lose 10 000gold with 3 game crash

Found solution, uninstall the game. And install Heartstone.

Poor update....

After a downloading the update I was able to play a few games of draft but experienced a black screen leaving the match, after forcing the software to close the game black screened. After several attempts I had to reboot my pc to get back in.

Black screen issue too

Black screen issue too and began after the update. The oncly thing I see is black screen and the cursor and dont even proceed to log in menu

I experience the black screen immediately after Arena launches. I've tried a few times, waiting 5-10 minutes each time, but nothing ever pops up. I just reinstalled after removing all old files with Revo and visual c++ runtime is up to date.

It's also really slow to switch in-between tabs. And the store tab has been closed.
