I managed to play for about half an hour before the game crashed

the game doesn't let me in, I can't extract the logs. the only thing I can see is the black screen

Game crashes and then black-screen upon restart

black screen. Home screen half loaded at times. I could also make my new pet into any of the variants, though I am only LVL 2 Mastery. Can't get back into game meow.

Black screen after games or leaving store. I can hit escape and hear the UI sounds but nothing will display for 30 seconds to two minutes.

One more try

Finished a draft match, got a black screen for a looooong time, eventually told me it couldn't connect. Hit reconnect, it just sat at a black screen forever. Tried to launch the client several more times, got nothing at all but a black screen.

I have enter a sealed event that finished 0-3 because the game crashed during the 3 games and i couldn't reenter until it was finished. Is there's a way to have back the 2000 gems ?
The game ran fine before the update.
