Black screen on match start
While in the menu everything is ok but when match start the screen become black but the sound still ok (if i move the cursor i can ear the sound of card mulligan).
The only whay to not concede is to set the resolution on the lowest, but usually cause visual bug on the board or/and artwork on the card disappear.
Please fix this issue, i'm loving this game

Problem: Black Screen.
Resolution: .net framework issue. Run a repair on .net and the issue is resolved.

The game stopped and even i and my opponent cant do anything, just concede to get out.

Screen went black and then the app crashed during a quick draft game. Went back into app and the screen stayed black until I restarted my computer but by then I had already lost the game.

I did another update today, but I'm still getting the black screen with the same errors in the log I've been getting for almost a month now. The start of the log is pasted below and the messages at the end keep repeating over and over.

I was able to play yesterday, but today (July 18) the home screen loads, but crashes when I press any button. I mean ANY button at all.
2020 Mac Mini - 3.2 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7, 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4.
I get the "asset error" every time I load, but until now, it has not been an issue. I always log out of the game, instead of closing the app. -

For those with issue try loading game from the executable file instead of through epic or other game store mine is found in C:\Program Files\Epic Games\MagicTheGathering the file is MTGA.exe this worked for me

I have a 2018 MacBook Pro, 2.3 Ghz Quad Core Intel Core i-5, 8 GB Ram, Intel Iris Plus 655. It says "an asset error occurred during your last play session" and randomly crashes several times a day.

Unable to locate log files (folder as described does not exist and search results in nothing), and getting this issue. Worked on 7/16, put computer to sleep, and now doesn't work on 7/17

The Mac version Arena has consistantly crashed since I've installed it, however since the latest update it crashes EVERY time I try to enter a game. The game is no longer playable. I have have already spent a reasonable amount of money on this game. There appears to be no way of speaking to a customer service representative directly, only these forums. Is something being done? When can we expect a fix?
And the most pertinent question - why release software, with in game purchases, that is so obviously broken? Currently, I just feel ripped off.

This happens every single day to me. Someone else said it, but takes 3-5 times of:
Open the game -> click any button -> crash -> open again
before I can get the game to stay open for more than 5 minutes. after I reach the 5 minute mark, it's fine.
