Black screen on match start

While in the menu everything is ok but when match start the screen become black but the sound still ok (if i move the cursor i can ear the sound of card mulligan).
The only whay to not concede is to set the resolution on the lowest, but usually cause visual bug on the board or/and artwork on the card disappear.
Please fix this issue, i'm loving this game

    Buenos dias,
    Desde el pasado viernes no he podido jugar. Tampoco iniciar el juego. Siempre se queda en pantalla negra con el cursor del juego. He reinstalado el juego 5 veces. ¿Que solucion hay?

    Continue to fail.
    I do not understand if the technical support is not able to fix it, why it does not suspend the service until they fix it instead of letting us spend our diamonds and money.

    It is very frustrating I lost 6000 diamonds without playing, when they will return the lost money.

    Has WOTC posted anything here as an acknowledgement that the issue is still occurring? I still have a black screen. I feel like these comments are being ignored.

    The game constantly crashed to the desktop without any message every time I pressed the button "Play". After switching the language from German to English no crashes reappeared. Not entirely satisfactory, but may be it helps you for the moment.

    Same situation here, I have lost a Premiere Draft because of this Bug. I am playing through Nvidia Gforce now, so I can not upload the Log file
