I have the german version and I have the game crash problem as many other peoples. I try to reinstall but it dont work. The Windows event log shows me that the file AkSoundEngine.dll is the reason.
Just for fun I remove it and then I have the Black Screen Bug.
In my opninion it seems like this file is the reason for both Bugs.

If I play black or red cards i got a black screen. It feels like there is no support.

j’ai le même problème. La MAJ corrective semblait avoir aidé un peu, mais j'ai a nouveau le problème ce matin. J’arrête de drafter, car perdre ses gemmes la dessus, car fait mal...
En attendant quête jouranière en partie normale...

pour moi, la partie se lance mais durant la partie, le jeu se coupe. J'ai testé sur un autre ordinateur et sur un autre réseau et c'est pareil, donc le problème vient bien de chez vous. J'espère que ce problème sera vite traité car c'est très embêtant...

MTG Arena get closed by itslef with the black screen every time i try to start a match. I can restart the game and it load untill i can rejoin the match and then it get closed by itself again, aslong the match goes.
When the match is over i can open MTG Arena normaly.

Hi please can i have the loses tokens and gems of the games crashed? I lose 4 drafts and one sealed in precision i lose 3 draft token ad 4000 gems. Thanks for the response.

Hi my game crashing a lot and I have a MacBook Pro touchbar, its almos imposible to play on Mac right not a lot of frustration.

I can play, but only if resolution is set to literally the lowest level. So, I have a tiny (768 x 432) window, on my 1980 x 1200 display. Any other settings results in screen freeze / hard crashing.

Meanwhile, I can play any other game, on Ultra graphics settings, with no issues whatsoever. So it's not my hardware.

Switched back to German language and game crashed again!

I had never had any problems with the app before, until this last update came out.
In addition to the black screen, now a new message appears in the middle of the game screen while it remains locked and says: "MTGA.exe has stopped working - A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and will notify you if a solution is available. "

i have no black screen. the app just stops running in the middle of a game and then doesn't start again (till I restart the pc)

4 days of black screen.... what is going on here. Is this ever going to be fixed?
