Refund please, lost drafts because of crashes... Please give us an answer from your side, whats happening?
when do we can expect a hotfix and refund?

The problem persist. When I change the language for English, I play one match normally. In the second match, the black screen appear in the transition view "ready" for the game.
In portuguese language, the black screen appear in the middle of first match and close the program.

Same here, always crashing in game (in particular with blue card i think), hotfix didnt work.

I've paid for a sealed tournament, spend gems but cannot play. All plays lost

I Have the same problem; payed for two sealed Tokens and losed all games because of game crashes

After hotfix, still getting black screen on startup. Have been completely unable to open the program since the initial update. If I attempt to attach a log file to this post it just spins and I get nowhere.

I am still continuing to have the black screen. Your IT department needs to get their act together. Coming from IT myself, people would lose their jobs over this especially when this seems to be a consistent issue when new releases are added to Arena. An outage like this for as long as it has been is uncalled for. Maybe WOTC should direct some of their focus more on deploying their product with low or zero defects over printing more Secret Lair drops.

After updating the Arena, the game started to crash and close.

I am lost my Tier Platinium 1 for Platinium 4... and 18k gold.. luck i am not buy a M21 pass yet.. Fix it.

Game crashing here too ... It crashed tree times after i start a Draft tournament ( and it counted 3 losses)

While I'm playing the game it constantly drops. He closes the MTGArena app and I lose the game I was playing. Not only that, but I can’t restart it, because it opens MTGArena and closes right after that

I was playing a sealed match (in spanish) and the game keeps crashing after the hotfix. I lost my token because of the issues. I spent my money on the bundle for nothing. I'm not going to spend any more money until you really fix the issues. It is a shame that you don't test the updates.
