Okay, I This is hella frustrating. I've tried to launch and play Arena on MacOS every day since release... on multiple machines. BUT every time it will not load. I login (after having re-downloaded and re-installed more than once on each machine) and then... cue black screen. Sometimes it just stays black indefinitely (I've let it sit for hours on a few occasions), and sometimes it comes up with the connection lost dialog after a few minutes.

I have yet to actually be able to get into the client on any of my Apple devices, and TBH it ****** me off. Even after the "hotfix" the client still wont load. I'd love to be able to get this up and running, but this seems like just one more example of Apple users not being a priority for Wizards.

I've downloaded the latest hotfix update, but the problem was not solved yet.
After starting arena, a black screen is shown and I can't do nothing anymore.

When i start the game it just shows a black screen with the Magic Arena cursor

=> Si vous jouez en FRANÇAIS, changez la langage pour ANGLAIS (dans le menu "Graphismes"), ça marche de mon côté!
=> If you play in FRENCH or other, put the language in ENGLISH (Graphisms setups) and it will WORK FINE!

Still there is the problem of the game crashing

Hi i was playing a draft (Ikoria), and after picking cards, in the first match, the game close itself. I try to open the game several times but after reconecting and entering the match, suddenly closes again.

hi, the game crashed 4 times during my draft event tonight. I lost my third match in a premier draft where i was in a good position due to the game crashed 3 times in a row. I definitely ask for a refund here.

Horrible experience playing draft!

I follow all steps to fix the problem and crash continue in draft matchs. first draft m21 1 match crash
second draft m21 , 3 match 3 crash. tnks to empyt my diamonds!

Other games mode the game work very well.

Have anything a can do? or you do for me?

Hoje, dia 27/06/2020, tentei jogar várias vezes e não consegui, diversas vezes o jogo simplesmente travava e fechava, eu tentava voltar, ele entrava, travava e fechava de novo e só ficava nisso.

Game crashed in all 3 games in draft (premium). Lost the entire draft for the issue. And crashed everytime i tried to reconnect. Please, refund the draft

I've been having this issue on my computer. Moved to a friends house which didnt had the problem to play my draft game, and then it crashed on his house as well. I can tell this must be related to the user, and not the computer running the software. You can contact me for more info.
