I've downloaded the latest hotfix update, but the problem was not solved yet.
Right after double click on arena icon to run the game a black screen is shown and no anything more.

Same issue that has been around from previous updates also. But after this update, game seems to crash more as well.

Same issue, after the update i just keep getting the black screen, i can only see the cursor...hope can fiz the problem soon...i really enjoy the game!

El juego sigue fallando en las traducciones a otros idiomas, la nueva actualización NO ha reparado el problema. Antes, no se podía ni cargar duelos en el bot. Ahora, en medio de las partidas el juego se reinicia de manera aleatoria. Para ser un juego de pago, servicio técnico pésimo, si quieres jugar sin problema SOLO FUNCIONA EN INGLÉS. Cuidado de jugar partidas de clasificación, se pierde ranking con facilidad.

No change after update. Blue screen, freezes, hard crashes.

Con la actualización de M21 se traba el juego y me saca del programa, al intentar reconectar entra al juego y se vuelve a trabar y cierra automáticamente, perdí un draft por esta situación, me darán un reembolso de lo que me costo el draft???

3 days since game crushing update and still no workable Fix from wizard of the coast. I'm deeply disappointed from mtga. I just started the game as beginner and have to see the biggest bull"bad word" I ever played. Please pay your developers Wizard of the coast, so then they are may interestid in creating a playable game. But this piece of "bad word" is not worth to be played. Who would ever create a game that nobody can play?

Issue I reported earlier today is still happening even after the "hot fix." I was so worried it was my old machine, but seeing other people with fabulous machines having this issue too is a small comfort.

Again: Black screen upon launch, cursor showing, no sound. I have to CTRL+ALT+DEL and close the broken game with the task manager.

Same here... I bought a sealed and lost 2 games because I got disconnected and could not come back until I rebooted my computer. Then I tried a draft and had the same issue on the first game... It is really frustrating !
Could I have my gems back?

same for me crashes every game and i can t reconnect to the game. i cant do my daily or weekly quests. the hotfix today dont change anything .

Para los que tienen en español y se les cierra cuando estan jugando, cambien el idioma a ingles y prueben.

The game crash during a game and impossible to reconnect, the game crash when i'm supposed to come back in. It works only when i lost, back to main menu... This is insane, during a draft!!! Happened only after M21 update and consistently since.

El juego se sale cada vez que se intenta jugar una partida diciendo que hubo un error, vuelvo a ingresar pero el juego se sale de nuevo diciendo error, nuevamente intento volver a entrar pero se sale diciendo erro, solo puedo acceder al menú del juego, pero no puedo jugar. Contacte al servicio al cliente hice los pasos que me dijeron pero no ayudaron.

El mismo problema 3 dias seguidos, sigo esperando a que den una solucion y todavia no dan una, por favor den una solucion pronta porque uno mismo se cansa de esperar.
