After a victory, I lost a bar in my rank standings instead of gaining one.
The person I played against conceded the match and it said victory but I still lost a bar in my rank progression.

Please, please, please address this!
It's been consistent. When an opponent forfeits the match for whatever reason I either lose rank or gain no rank. For instance I just lost the first game of a bo3, then my op. forfeit during sideboard. I went down rank!
Regardless if the op got disconnected (which right when we go into sideboard seems coincidental), I definitely shouldn't go down in rank. A draw? Better. But why aren't players being given the ranks for winning when an op disconnects? I know this would go for me if I disconnect too. But that's how it goes, right? Would love to hear more on this if anyone can share. -

Finished another game against player austinjuliuskim and lost rank again. Both games ended with a Maul of the Skyclaves on board in case that helps. Not playing anymore until I hear back

Played a very close game against a user Bademeister of Zendikar Rising sealed and upon victory I lost 1 rank bar instead of gaining one.
My username is AzusaStillSeeking, My opponent was Bademeister. I'd attach a log file but I'm not sure which one would be useful. game ended at 3:41 (ish) PM Mountain Standard Time
