continual freezes during gameplay
My arena client continually freezes during gameplay and eventually crashes out with windows error.
It seems to most commonly happen when a special effect is being played for a card that has one, so the ability to turn those off might be a useful start. At the moment it's unplayable.

Given this is peak time on a friday night, this seems like epicly bad server performance. I've been playing several times throughout the day today, but performance was fine until ~ 9pm (EDT). at this point the lag is too pervasive and annoying for me to continue playing tonight.

Nov 5 of the Oko Autumn ....
been getting lagging issues for days on end now . Not even able to complete a game .
Connection lost is a common term in my head now .... sometimes it ends when I have two creature and attacking , then it goes through a reset and back to Shimmer Dragon screen checking for updates .
Then you are back at the orange pill again . Do you press it twice and hope it works this time ? Or better off to just find a paper game somewhere.It is funny though how it teases you to play again and then this time you don’t even make it to the game . It’s disconnect and you have to cycle again. Have not finished a game in 3 days now ...

Add me to the list of people now having this issue. No issues at all until the last week or so when I started experiencing this "stuttering". I thought it was my wireless mouse and keyboard, replaced the batteries but no change. Realized later that it was only happening in Arena, and cannot figure out why. I'm playing on a desktop rig that should eat this game for breakfast, so this is unacceptable.

This is getting ridiculous, constant freezing, running super low frames. My GPU and CPU are clocking <20% usage so there is no way it's the gaming machine that I hand built that can run the most system demanding games. Clearly there is some kind of compatibility issue.

Game began to slow down as game board filled with permanents
Playing a Field Golos Deck,
21 lands were out. (4 field of the dead, 9 different guildgate, 1 plains, 2 forest, 2 island, 1 mountain, 2 temples, 2 enter pay 2 life or tappped lands)
Deck had only 11 cards left.Opponent had 2 enchantments giving -1/-1 each.

Stuttering has been an issue since beta. Please WotC, fix this. After a couple matches, I get so frustrated with it that I just stop playing. I guarantee this issue is costing you money.

I have lot of performance issues when running the game in full screen mode. Especially, when you go sideboarding between games, CPU usage goes insanely high.
Running it in windowed mode seems to performs a lot way better.

Hey guys. I've notice that even the games shown in WOTC's own MPL Weekly coverage frequently has hitching and stutters, so that makes it obvious it's a game issue. It would be nice if it was smoother, but don't knock yourself out trying to fix it. That's my advice! Hopefully this will improve in future updates...

The game stutters for about 0.1 seconds every second.
This happens after I've played like two or three matches.
Happens on three different computers.
RTX2080 and Ryzen 7 -

How are we supposed to enter this tournament? I've lost due to the extreme lag. I'm running on the lowest settings, and I've upgraded my graphics system, even went through the trouble of cleaning out everything. I understand not everyone experiences this, but for the most part, the majority of is do. Please fix this, atleast make the game have a 30fps or something, whatever helps. Skyrim even runs fine compared to this.

I hope you can either re compensate me for the money I spent on the new throne of eldraine standard set, or set my rank back to gold t2. For days now I have suffered multiple losses to the game straight up lagging out, white screens, bugs, the whole deal.

I have random stutters since forever, but now they are a little worse, why this game is having issues? I can run escape from tarkov smoothly (a game known for no optimization and stutters, and is a shooter). But mtg arena runs by far worse that any other games.
I have i5 (6500) 16 gigs of ram and a 1060 6 gb

The game had been running fine, but after my opponent activated Azcanta the sunken ruin a few times the game suddenly began to run extremely slowly. I know the arena team is trying to solve the performance issues, so I figured I would post this, hope it helps.
