Add control over default frames
I do not like the extended art frames and it is tedious to unselect the frames for the cards I am using. The system does not remember a selection for new decks and new frames are automatically selected as the default. I do not want to disable all alternate frames because I like the showcase frames. Please add some fidelity to the selection and defaults.
