Black screen is displayed after Initial scene loading screen.
Only the cursor is shown then and nothing happens.Tested on MAC latest OS update 14.4 (23E214)

Keep experiencing the same issue on Windows 10, wired connection. My game usually sits like this for 3-5 minutes before taking me to the login screen.
Once I type in my credentials, the game hangs for about 20 seconds before popping a -1 error code.

I only get the black screen upon entering account information (on both accounts) Previously, I had experienced this and used the "work around" of changing the computer date and time, but that no longer works. I need help as I cannot access either account at this time.
